Literally almost injured myself in the crazy slippery shower, drain didn't function correctly and fridge in the room made so much noise nobody could sleep.

August 2023 review
Very good location. Rooms have enough space. I have stayed several times and this time is the first time I noticed a lot of wear and minor damage on cabinetry. Not very attractive. Appliances were effective. Typically I had a cutting board but there was not one there this time. Overall a good stay but the interiors are definitely aging. Also, upper kitchen cabinets somewhat obstructed the operation of the sink faucets

We needed a hotel room quick that was handicap accessible and Candlewood is always a reliable to chain to have a room when you need it. We have used Candlewood for years and this was the first time in Pueblo Co that we stayed and it was great for an emergency stay.

The guy at the front desk late 3/18 was SO NICE. The hotel suite was clean and the amenities were great! I felt safe and accomodated.

Stay was good but we were told by Hotels.com that pet fee was 25. The pet fee was represented to us as 75 at the desk at the hotel. Not happy about that!

Very clean with appropriate amenities for a self sustaining stay. The staff seemed uninterested in providing service or helpful advise. Very disengaged. When asking for location of ice machines was told to turn on the ice machine in the regrigerator. Only other machine was on the first floor. I was on the 4th.

Very clean, updated and spacious rooms. The wall insulation is not the best so you can hear toilet flushing from the room above but over all a very comfortable stay.

It is in great shape, the staff was friendly, it is near food, liquor, and other shopping. It has a large, empty lot behind it where this pet friendly hotel sits. It is perfect for taking a walk in and unleashing your dog. North of the hotel is access to another large lot.

The room was very spacious and clean. Especially liked that the restroom was not connected to the bedroom so that others did not disturb me during the night. Full kitchen was great too!

I like the room layout. The beds are too soft for me, I ended up sleeping on a yoga mat on the floor. Many of the hotel staff wore their masks around their neck frequently - that was troubling. In the room, there was broken glass pieces from a broken brown beer bottle on the brown hardwood floor. It cut my wife's heel a bit. I requested cleanup - it was prompt. It also needed a vacuum and it was done as requested. But it indicates the cleanup of that room was less than adequate.

Dear Valued Guest, I sincerely apologize for the bed and pillow issues experienced. We most certainly would have moved you if you wanted too. Also as far as the cleanliness of the room, that is a training issue and I will address it with the staff. If you'd like to call the hotel we can certainly discuss these issues further.
