"Pros and cons, the location was great for us. It is on a busy street but we were mostly out back. The mostly enclosed back porch was filthy. Stack of extra chairs and a folding table were unusable. The dishwasher had old water in it and would not drain, we are used to doing dishes by hand but since we had a dishwasher would have been nice to use. On the other I alerted property manager of shortage of TP and there was a pack on the front porch in just a few minutes. I had been told there was a...

"Met my needs and location was perfect - within a few minutes away from my son's home. The building is old and very small - the description was accurate. The host was great. Quick to respond and helpful. I didn't prepare meals there so can't comment on how the kitchen is furnished. The age and condition of the building I'd rate a 3 so don't expect too much."
