"The property was breathtaking, the animals were so fun to be around and Monica and Giovanni were the most exceptional hosts. You must have her cook for you, every item of food is from her farm or nearby farms and the food was perfect! We really enjoyed our time here with not only the accommodations but the company. You can truly see how much Monica cares for her beautiful animals. We hope to come again someday!!"

"We were a family group of 13 & felt the house met all our needs. Franco greeted us warmly and was on hand with lots of help. "Lorenzo our host generously provided a list of local eateries and directions to the nearest shops for basics.The property itself was clean, well-equipped and in a great location from which to stroll round the streets of Lucca or explore further afield.The sound from the music school which is adjacent to the flat takes a bit of getting used to, but not unpleasant.The flat is attractive, welcoming, if a bit dark inside, but the wee outdoor space is a bonus. Would recommend."

"The house was just what we were looking for, an oasis of tranquility. It is as it appears in the photos. Beautiful views and perfectly equipped house. Our dog was happy among the olive trees. Highlight how absolutely clean the house was. We did many excursions, we spent time in Luca all within short distance of the house. With car everything is at hand. Massimo very friendly and attentive. We will be back for sure!"

"Very charming house. Location good to explore around. Facilities good and a lot of utensils in the kitchen. We asked for a home made dinner at home and it was amazing. Improvements: Swimming pool doesn't have fence so kids cannot run around unsupervised. Dogs are a nightmare next door barking through the night. Gardener trying to come twice and the last day, he started to do the garden before we left the house so we could not leave kids running around or use the swimming pool."
