comfortable beach condo P-Town

Rob was great to communicate with and responded quickly with answers to our questions. Clean and enough starter supplies (we instacarted upon arrival no problem). Beach was lovely, be careful on the staircase going down. We did not use the hotel next door as we had family in town, drove everywhere too far to walk but ride share available if needed. We would stay there again!

Disappointing

I came to visit my son and his husband who live in Ptown and wanted to cook them a home cooked meal one night. Dishes were dirty even with food stuck on - pans were dirty annd with charred burnt remains of food - and I spent about 45 minutes scrubbing the oven. I also wanted to cook some meals for myself. Since I had to spend some of my vacation cleaning I requested the cleaning fee be refunded and was told that if I wanted to host a dinner party and did not like the cookware and the oven that it was on me. It was not a party but a dinner I cooked to spend time with my son and his husband. I even took pictures of the dirty cookware and oven and sent them to him. Even the cabinet that housed the cookware was dirty. He did have someone drop off used scratched cookware. I have stayed at different places in ptown and never a problem but this experience and his attitude was very disappointing.

Perfect Location and Accommodations

I needed a getaway for myself where I didn’t want to necessarily be in the thick of it in the town center. The location was perfect and the accommodations within the condo were awesome (the shower and bed were amazing). A perfect view of the bay to enjoy coffee in the morning from the balcony. Highly recommend!

Everything you could ask for

Loved this spot, it had everything we wanted - porch with an ocean view, beach access, close to town but out of the crowds, walking distance to trails, And in the condo it had a fully appointed kitchen, ac/heat for adjusting in each room, extra blankets, comfortable and lovely furniture. Didn't need anything that wasnt there! Would definintely return.

Great spot!

We enjoyed our few days at Rob’s condo. It was very comfortable and offered the water (bay) view as promised and close to the center of ptown. Rob was responsive and helpful. We would come back again.

Great P-town stay!

The place was great. Clean, comfortable and close to the water. Rob was very communicative and helpful. We liked the location, a mile or so from the center of town. We biked everywhere. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great week in Provincetown

Spent a great week in Provincetown with our grown children. Rob was a great landlord, providing very specific instructions for anything from check in to using the apartment appliances. The apartment was beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable and quiet. The pictures on the site are an accurate representation of what we experienced. Rob had the apartment well stocked with ingredients with which to cook (such as spices and oil), cookware and dishes and even availability of a gas grill to barbecue. The apartment itself was an easy 1/2 hour walk from Provincetown center and a less than 10 minute drive to beautiful Race Point Beach at the Cape Cod National Seashore. The beach on the Bay can be accessed directly across the street and although the amount of available beach was variable based on the tides, it did provide a welcome respite. We would happily rent again next season!

Great condo in an awesome location!

Terrific views and a great kids-friendly beach literally across the road made our vacation. The condo is cozy, modern and clean. Ptown is only 5 minutes away by car and 25 minutes walking. We would absolutely come back here.
