Cute little place!

The place was very cute and clean. Had a bit of a hiccup with the door code, but it was easily resolved. The apartment was right by a great bar (Shipwreck Lounge) which was fantastic. Also could walk to a gym. I'd love to stay here again.

Great location, but some problems

Property is in a terrific location near the center of town. Our checkin was listed as 4pm. Around 4:30pm, the host contacted me and said there was a mixup and the cleaners hadn’t gotten to the property yet but were arriving soon. I let them know that we were already on our way and about 45 minutes away. They said the cleaners may still be there when we arrive. I appreciated the heads up, but unfortunately the cleaners were just arriving as we arrived and were parked in the spot we were supposed to park in. We ended up parking in a lot near the beach (and changing clothes in the public restroom) then going to an event we had scheduled. The rest of checkin was fine. The property was fairly clean with a few stains on the furniture. There was no noticeable fragrance on the linens and no added plug-ins or air fresheners (which I appreciate due to my allergies). It is a small place with angled ceilings that are about 4 feet high at the walls. But it met ours needs (a private kitchen, refrigerator, and bathroom). The other big issue was the lack of curtains/shades on the glass front door. The bedroom door is directly across from the front door and is also glass with no curtains/shades. So, hypothetically, someone could be at the front door and see directly into the bedroom. It is on the second floor, but I was able to see the neighbor’s yards and houses from the front door. If there were door curtains and no mixup with the cleaners, I would have given the property 4 stars.

Perfect apartment

My wife and I had a absolutely wonderful time staying at this charming apartment. It was a perfect space for us. The bed was comfortable,the shower great and the kitchen had everything you needed.Free Wi-Fi that worked flawlessly.The patio was enclosed and we could sit out there with our little dog and not have to worry about her.We will definitely stay here again. Oh,it was very close to the main drag but also nice and peaceful.

Perfectly Delightful

This was a brilliant clean Alice in Wonderland apartment with all the amenities we could possibly need. Location was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The lighting was my favorite part. Well done! Would highly recommend this little gem!

Great stay, as advertised

The apartment was clean, private, had all the amenities we needed, and was a nice fit for a couple with a dog. The location also can’t be beat, right off the the busy section of West End but on a very quiet side street. House itself is picturesque and beautiful. Property manager was always a text away.Would definitely recommend.

Great Apartment

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to Commercial Street. I had my 2 little dogs with me and they were totally comfortable there although there is not much grass around so if your dogs are like mine, you'll have to walk them a bit to find some grass where they can do their business. If you are on the shorter side like me, you will do fine in this place but if you're taller than 5'8", you will have to duck while using the bathroom if you're a guy :)

Cozy compact getaway condo

As listed, a cozy, stylish compact 1 BR condo one block behind Provincetown's West End. Minutes from beaches and strolling on Commercial Street. Then return to the quiet condo with a private downstairs outdoor space. Our big dog was welcome and very popular. Our return to Provincetown after 14 years was joyous. We thank the owner for his thoughtful hospitality.

Great location! Very tidy condo for 2!

Condo was very neat and comfortable. Outside area to sit and eat, barbecue, etc. Parking spot right out front. Washer/dryer, dishwasher. Very close to grocery store and a short walk into town. Pet friendly 2! You couldn’t ask for more Owner was very helpful and available to answer questions. Hated leaving!!!

Cozy and Close to Commercial Street

Perfect, cozy, wam, inviting

My girlfriend and I stayed at Ryan’s property, it was perfect! Very clean, a kitchen to cook in as well as a washer and dryer ! Extremely close to Commercial St as well as the beach restaurants, shops galore, there is a gorgeous patio to sit outside at. Ryan was right there to answer any questions that arose! We are already looking forward to planning a trip for next year. And there are so many dog friendly restaurants, bars and stores! We thank you again Ryan!
