Marco is a terrific host. It was clean and welcoming on our arrival. The water view is a daily pleasure. The location is central to everything. This was our second stay and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you Marco!

Place looks exactly like the pictures. Communication from host was good. Location is perfect - it's walkable to everything you need and it has parking. Would stay here again.

Great location in the heart of Provincetown. Great views of both the waterfront and Commercial Street. Unit is very clean and up-to-date with a with a well stocked kitchen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Great location on Commercial Street and a great coffee and breakfast location right across the street. Marco was a great host and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Amazing!!!

This condo is beautifully decorated and in the perfect location. Everything is within walking distance but should you want to travel by car the on-site parking is a rare treat for Commercial Street.

Top Floor of the Sandpiper

This is an amazing property. The views are spectacular and Marco and Eric are great hosts. They resolved every issue we had immediately and were most accommodating throughout our stay. We have re-booked for next year and look forward to another beautiful week in P'Town.

Fabulous place

I loved this place and I will be back next year for three weeks. The place is gorgeous! There are views of the water, Pilgrim monument, Commercial street, etc. This is by far the best place I have stayed in Provincetown. Marco, the owner, was checking in with me from the beginning. I’m so looking forward to next year!

A waterfront delight!

We had a lovely time staying at Marco’s property. Well appointed and location on quiet end of Commercial street. Steps to tea-dance and close to town. Lovely waterfront views from each room. We were two couples and bedrooms spaced apart to give privacy yet main rooms gave wonderful social space to be together. Very communicative and fast responses to the questions we had. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Women’s Week

This was by far the best experience at a VRBO in Ptown. Marco was the best host, he responded immediately when we had a question. He went above and beyond with everything. The unit was as beautiful as described on line. Thank you Marco for making our Ptown vacation awesome! Cannot wait to rebook.

One of the Best Condos in Provincetown

The condo was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. While we knew there were wonderful water views from the living room and bedrooms we were pleasantly surprised that the large courtyard facing Commercial Street was for our exclusive use. Spent many hours people watching while enjoying drinks, food and conversations with friends.

Awesome penthouse!

Marco and Eric’s penthouse at the Sandpiper on Commercial St was the perfect location and incredible accommodations. Everything was just as described with great views of Cape Cod Bay and fun outdoor balcony to enjoy the sunshine and have a drink. Thank you for all the attention to detail from communicating to the beautifully decorated penthouse. We can’t wait to come back again.

Spacious with Spectacular Views and Great Location

We were so impressed that after five minutes we booked again for next year. Besides the obvious amazing location, the flat is very well appointed with everything we needed. The owners are very detail oriented and clearly know how to ensure guests have an amazing stay. Lots of room and storage. The front patio is a great place to hang out. This is the first place in 25 years we have been coming to PTown that we want to stay again.

Amazing!

Everything about our stay and trip was amazing! Marco was so helpful & communicative! His home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and they thought of every amenity! And the location was the BEST! We spend time sitting in the deck looking over P-Town harbor and then on commercial street people-watching….so much fun! His recommendations for meals were spot on, too! We will definite be back and hope we can keep on booking with Marco & Erik for years to come!

Best patio in Ptown

This was the second year at our favorite Ptown rental in the 20+ years of visiting! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious. The two bedrooms are afforded privacy by the layout of the home, which makes it perfect for sharing. The location is perfect, a lovely patio on Commercial St. for people-watching, but fabulous harbor view from the two balconies. Marco, as last year, was a wonderful host, accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

Delivered as Promised

Great space, excellent location, on the beach with a sunrise view each morning! The bedrooms are appropriate separate with commons areas in center. This makes the whole condo welcome to sharing. The Commercial Street patio was comfortable and a cool way to enjoy the PTown vibe. Marco was exceptionally communicative whenever needed and was very attentive. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect place to spend a week in P-Town

Best location for people watching, especially everyone headed to/from the afternoon tea dance at the Boatslip next door. Loved that we could have both water views from every room and yet enjoy the large courtyard on Commercial Street as well. Not many properties give you the best of both. Also loved that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the top floor unit giving plenty of privacy. Loved laying in bed listening to the waves lap at the beach below. Unit is well stocked with everything that you need for a nice stay and hosts were very responsive communicators.

One Week in Paradise

Location is perfect, the views of the Ocean are spectacular. The private patio directly on Commercial Street is great for people watching. The apartment is immaculately clean, and welcoming, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Everything you will need for a spectacular vacation. Marco was incredibly welcoming and very helpful with a few tiny issues we had. I would definitely recommend this location, as I can’t wait until we can return! Thank you Marco
