House is clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was available including steps to the beach in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. We look forward to making this an annual tradition. "

"We stayed here two nights while exploring cape cod on a family vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, beds were comfortable and it was pet friendly. The cookies and dog bones were a nice surprise when we arrived. Arrival and departure Instructions were clear and communication with Tara was excellent. Tara provided a lot of information about the area. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and getting in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tara! "

"Great place - great location - as advertised. Short walk to beach. Very nice kitchen, great beds and linens, nicely updated bathrooms. All in all a great place to stay. "

"Beautiful home but would not stay here again without some maintenence issues adressed especially with kids. Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again...

"Our stay in this Eastham house was most pleasant and I have to say the host was wonderfully responsive when problems arose. During heavy rainstorm, the livingroom ceiling leaked and the icemaker in the freezer portion of the refrigerator was broken. Neither issue dampened our stay - pun intended. Location made for easy daily commute to gorgeous Campground Beach where family gathered daily. I would not hesitate to return to Eastham again."
