The check-in process was simple and when I reached out to the caretaker, she picked up my call immediately. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone from start to finish! We'll definitely be back!"

2/10 Terrible

"They gave me s room just in front of train station...I asked for a change and they said yes...and 3h later they said no...and the day after they didn't ask about the noise or how I sleep... I chosed double room king bed...and they put 2 individual bed together, really uncomfortable. It's a pity because I knew this hotel previously with a good feedback. Unfortunately after this stay, I'll never back!! Too expensive and horrible service"
