Avalon is a great house! Property was absolutely as advertised. Great pool, beach access, and privacy- both from neighbors and between rooms. Kitchen and all the common areas are well appointed. We cook a lot and had everything we needed. Supermarket 5 min drive away. Also, views are spectacular!The owner is responsive and helpful- easy to work with. The property manager - Jerelle - is fantastic! Great guy and really an asset. Not only the go to for the property but also for recommendations around the island. Fantastic stay and will rebook!

Breathtaking Views

This house was a dream! It was perfect for our group, and the location was absolutely astonishing. As an added benefit, there was great snorkeling right out the back door. The concierge was very accommodating, professional, and provided 5 star service. We will definitely be back soon.

Graduation Trip

We were visiting with 9 family members celebrating three high school graduates and we had a fabulous vacation. The house concierge Jerelle was the greatest ever and took really good care of us. Everything from the pool, the beach, the location, was all perfect and would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a relaxing vacation in paradise. The kids said the snorkeling at the house was better than the snorkeling trip we paid to go on. We would love to come back one day.

Almost Perfect Paradise

This was our first time to Turqs Caicos. The island is beautiful, the restaurants one better than the other (All 3 miles or less away from the Villa), the locals very friendly, the environment very safe, the beach magnificent. The house was nice. Its got some noticable wear & tear and the layout is a little weird. Its better suited for families with older kids as all the bedrooms are separate from one another. The master bedroom is nice but only has an outdoor shower which is fine when the weather is nice. We had a few nights where the wind was over 30MPH and it was raining. Not conducive to showering outside. What this house has that is hard to beat is the location! The beach is right in your backyard. The best snorkeling 40 feet to your right on the beach. Its a long walkable beach in both directions. Bring water shoes as its a little rocky in spots and hard to walk on barefoot. The house could be maintained a little better ( salt eaten door knobs, corroded outdoor speakers, water leaking into master bath when it was windy and raining, pool can use a paint job,paint inside needs to be touched up, electronic door locks on all the rooms worked sometimes, didnt othertimes and were rotten from the saltwater air. If you can look past the wear and tear, the house is amazing because of its size and the LOCATION! In my opinion for the money they ask for this house per night, the little things that disturbed me could have been taken care of without breaking the owners bank.

Great stay at Turks and Caicos

We loved the property including the open air kitchen and living spaces but really the pool and beach area. We had no real surprises or issues related to the property and really enjoyed a multi-family experience. Thanks for a great time.

Beautiful villa perfect for family trip

Avalon is a beautiful villa, it actually is even better than it appears in the photos. Everything was spotless. The location in turtle cove is perfect for snorkeling. We saw sea turtles, rays, and tropical fish every time we went out. The kitchen and the outdoor kitchen is among the best equipped we’ve seen at any VRBO rental. The property manager Jerelle was extremely responsive and helped arrange many activities. The only caveat is that the neighbour’s property is under construction and there was some noise. It was not enough to spoil the trip however, and it looks to be 95% done as of Feb 2023.

Almost like a private resort

We could not have picked a house more perfect for our family! The four bedrooms were situated such that everyone could have their private time when they wanted it. The house is probably best suited for adults, but our 5 year old grandson is a fish, so he spent most of his time in the pool, for breaks, he lounged in the living room and watched TV. The swim up bar is a bonus, and luckily, our son in law is a bartender. Cocktails were served at sunset in the pool with the water views in the background.We had dinner several evenings in the open air dining area with a wonderful breeze and breathtaking views. The beach is closer than it appears in the photos with umbrellas and beach chairs available. We snorkeled and kayaked in our back yard! This house also offered privacy like none of the other properties on the beach. Have already recommended the house to friends and we will be back. Thanks for letting us share your amazing house

Turtle Cove Gem

Property was exactly as imagined! Communication with the owner and property personnel was perfect. We chose the house for its location off Smith's Reef and that was truly the highlight of the trip. Spring break with 2 families ages 16-50

We had a wonderful week March 2021 for our first time visit T and C staying with 8 people / 2 families. We loved having own pool and easy beach access with 2 standup paddle boards and 2 kayaks on property. There is a swim up bar within grill area. Avalon was ideal for our ages. It would be tough for toddlers because of all the open pool area and anyone with difficulty with steps. The house has air conditioning in bedrooms, kitchen and family room. It comes with access to Jarelle who was amazing from driving us to and from diners, picking up groceries, printing COVID test results, getting access to COVID test, getting dinner and boating reservations, picking up snorkel gear, answering questions, more. Jeff ans Lynn were very responsive with any VRBO questions. Definitely would stay here again.

AMAZING PROPERTY

Perfect! That pretty much describes Avalon Villa. Better than the pictures and reviews. Beautiful. Clean. Incredible landscape and views of the Caribbean. Secluded but not overly so. Short trip to grocery store and restaurants. Gated and felt very secure. Very large villa. Plenty of room to gather or spread out. Fantastic pool and deck area with great Bose sound system. Honestly only went to beach to snorkel. With water shoes, rocky beach was no problem for us. Our best snorkeling experience on the island was right off the beach on Smith’s reef. Tons of great wildlife including lots of sea turtles. Great kitchen and grill area. Some nearby construction was no issue at all. We hardly noticed it. Jeff and Lynn were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Lots of great information even before we left home. Service was absolutely over the top. Jerelle was our concierge. He is absolutely amazing!! Met us at the airport and guided us to the villa. Provided us great tour of the property. Responds to texts in minutes. Nothing is off the table. Arranged engagement photo shoot, chef a couple of nights and ANYTHING else we asked for. Great restaurant recommendations. He was available for as much or as little as we wanted. He truly made the trip care free and stress free. Even helped us through COVID testing process. 7 people - in and out in less than 30 minutes. Jerelle is definitely “The Man”. We’re avid travelers and have stayed in a number of places worldwide. This was BY FAR out best experience. Amazing trip for the 7 of us, including 4 kids in their 20’s. We will 100% be back to Avalon on our nest trip to Turks.

Paradise!

This was one of the most exceptional properties we have ever visited! The property is even nicer than depicted and the photos do not do it justice. The location is perfect- right on the beach yet private. It’s the ultimate property for families who want a beautiful living space but private bedrooms. Jerelle, the property manager, is beyond amazing. He took care of our every need and all of his recommendations and bookings were first rate. We will be back again as soon as we can, if only to see Jerelle!

Good location, great floor plan for couples but tricky for families

Jerelle the property manager was a star; he did shopping for us and organized all kinds of activities. The house is comfortable and well equipped but has a very strange floor plan that should be in the pictures, not ideal for families with small kids as the rooms are very isolated. Great entertainment area, speakers and amenities in all the rooms. The beach in front of the house is not exactly a beach that you can walk and get easily to the sea, better to do it with rubber shoes. However you have one of the best reefs for snorkeling in the area in front of the house and that is priceless. There is also a beautiful beach walking distance to the house.

Amazing location

This property is exactly what it says it is. Jerelle was our host, and he was amazing. The property location is another level of amazing. It was difficult to want to leave the property at all because it was that amazing. Loved every moment we were there. I am already to go back. The snorkeling was awesome and right there. Fantastic property. I was there with 8 other female friends and we all loved it.

Avalon Villa Turtle Cove

This Villa is a great choice for a family vacation or a stay with friends. Their is lots of space for privacy and time alone but also provides the opportunity for togetherness. We did have a couple of concerns; first we found blood stains on one of the beds, also dried blood on the stairs. Blood anywhere is totally unacceptable. Second we had the dishwasher replaced on the first day and it continued to fall apart every night. The Villa is outdated and could use an update this includes appliances, the stove, umbrellas etc. It is in a great location and the pool is a godsend. Kelly Elliott

Absolutely Lovely!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful, relaxing time at Villa Avalon. The view is breathtaking and the accommodations were very comfortable. We did, however, end up hand washing all of our dishes as the dishwasher was broken. Management offered to have housekeeping come in each day to do dishes, but for sanitary reasons, that was not an option for us. We realize that appliances break from time to time and that parts are not always available on tropical islands, so we made do. Chalk it up to "adventures in travel".

Beautiful Villa in a Wonderful Location

The Avalon was exactly how it was pictured and had all the amenities that you could possibly need. The location was perfect on Grace Bay Beach with the island’s best coral reef in the bay right in front of the house. Turtle Cove Marina was right behind to rent boats and do excursions. The house had everything you need and we especially enjoyed the salt water pool. The best part of this house, however, is the professionalism and grace of its management. Jerelle, Jeff, and Lynne couldn’t be more accommodating and caring. This is a special property and we are grateful to have spent our time there. ❤️
