We had the most relaxing stay here. The villa was everything you could want. It was clean and well-cared for. There were lots of extras available: kayaks, SUPs, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, games, paperbacks, etc. Being on the lagoon was not quite the same as being on the beach (for two older people) but we rented one of the cars and ventured out every day at least to try a different restaurant. We retreated to the villa every night and enjoyed the screened porch. We only travel with carryons so having a washer and dryer available was a plus. A good value for the money. Katherine was great with communication whenever we had a question. Loved that she arranged for our taxi ride to and from the airport.

This was our very first time visiting Turks and Caicos, and staying at this property made the trip even more special. The home was beautifully maintained, and had all of the amenities that we required.A special thank‑you to Katherine, who met us upon arrival. It was incredibly comforting to be greeted by someone so friendly and helpful. She walked us through everything we needed to know about the property and offered great local tips that made our stay even smoother.We felt completely at home here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the island, especially first‑timers like us!

Everything was excellent! Kathrine really works hard to make sure your stay and everything about it is perfect. The Villa was incredibly well stocked with anything you need to cook in and for all your ourdoor needs as well. Chairs, coolers, gear, it's all there for your use. She is super responsive to any questions or issues. Even though it isn't on the beach we found the location to be very peaceful and super central and easy to get around to any of the main spots. Just remember they drive on the left! Thank you Katherine for making our vacation special.

We had an absolute amazing time. Catherine had everything you could need at the property. She met us at the house upon arrival and made us rum punch. She gave us all the information you could need about getting around the island and the must see places, We spent a lot of time out in the water at the house. While kayaking, we saw several turtles and some unique fish. Everything was clean, and the laundry smelt amazing. There were plenty of options for kayaks and paddle boarding. There was also a shed full of things for us to use during our stay. I would 100% recommend, and will definitely rebook if coming back to the island.

A great place to stay in paradise.

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and I guarantee it won’t be our last. First off I want to say what a great host Katherine was for our trip. She communicated very well throughout the booking. She was prompt in answering questions etc. She arranged a very comfortable and affordable pickup from the airport and had just cleaned the rental car (I highly recommend using that option) we got there a little early but she accommodated the arrival by letting us have the car a little early complete with beach chairs towels and directions to a great lunch and snorkel spot. The house was very clean and exactly as described. Super conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We were welcomed with a rum punch and a good overview of the island and things to do and site to see. During the stay if there were any questions, Katherine responded very quickly. Thanks so much for all the hospitality and sharing this property with our family. Had an amazing time. We will definitely be back. If you are the type of person who likes the freedom to set you schedule and creating your own adventure then this cottage rental is for you.

Bright and clean villa with great amenities

Our family (2 adults and 2 teenage girls) enjoyed our stay at Sweet Escape immensely. The villa is bright, clean, and was just what we needed during our time on Providenciales. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot, pan, and kitchen gadget you will need. There are food storage containers and bags which really helped us save money by packing lunches for the beach each day. Check the fridge and cupboards before you head to the grocery store because they even had essentials that you might not need to buy.The shed was also well stocked for the beach with several beach chairs and a couple beach umbrellas that were all in great condition. They have several snorkeling sets as well (masks, snorkels, and flippers) that were also in great condition. There are large and small hard-sided coolers plus some soft sided coolers which was also much appreciated for taking our lunch to the beach.Katherine was very responsive before and during our trip and checking in with Josie was very easy and she gave us several tips for visiting the island.We highly recommend staying here!

Such a beautiful property with everything you need for an amazing vacation. So many amenities it makes the whole trip a perfect base for adventure. Kayaks, beach chairs, coolers, shade umbrellas, even a basket of sunscreen. Every detail is well thought out and made our stay wonderful!

We had the best stay in Turks. The villa is centrally located and has everything you need. Katherine is an amazing host and covers everything. We really valued the villa- it was centrally located and the SUV allowed us to explore all of the different beaches that Turks has to offer. The villa had beach towels, coolers etc. can’t wait to return ! Thx for a great trip !

We had an incred8ble atay at Sweet Escape - the property and house were immaculately kept and my wife - family and all of us were so very impressed by our host Kath....she is truly an incredible and welcoming host. Her preparation for our stay was superb and second to noe. Her recommendations to embrace the TCI experience were right on the mark. I recommend you work with Kath to rent a car as between the car and the multiple itineraries the week was restful...fun and all of our party had an outstanding time and cannot wait to get back next year. The TCI co.mu ity/people were warm and welcoming and the natural beauty of the island....the surf...the beach and the environment were over the top beautiful and will be not forgotten. This was a "Seven Star" trip for our family thanks to Kath and the wonderful people of TCI.

Turks & Caicos was the perfect vacation and getaway from the New England Winter. Sweet Escapes was a wonderful place to stay and Katheirne is one of the most efficient hosts we've ever had. Fun in the sun

Sweet Escape Villa was lovely. The strong winds kept us from being able to enjoy all of the water toys, but the beaches were still beautiful, the people friendly and the time away restful. Katherine and Josie could not have been more helpful in providing information and quick responses to our many questions. I am sorry we were not able to meet Katherine in person as she was off the island, but Josie was delightful. We will definitely consider referring other friends to stay at one of Katherine's villas.

Great place

Catherine’s place is great. Safe, quiet, well equipped. My kids enjoyed having their own beds and said the queen sleepers in the upstairs were very comfortable. Great amenities being on an inlet with kayaks, paddle boards. Loved that we didn’t have to pack beach towels and you have everything needed for the beach….beach chairs, coolers, ice packs etc. She is a great host you’re sure to enjoy your stay here! Highly recommend!!

Katherine and Josie thought of everything!! They were so informative and communicative throughout the entire process. The house was super clean and well stocked. The beds were soooo comfortable! The mini-split air conditioners kept the rooms plenty cool at night. Booking additional activities, like a boat and captain were really easy and Katherine handled all the bookings!! Will definitely stay here again in the future.
