This provides a couple of acres of lush native growth on both sides of the villa and no neighbors anywhere close.

Daydreams Villa is located directly on Chalk Sound on the south side of Providenciales. The villa is in a quiet, luxurious, residential area, but within a short drive of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Walk out the back door, down a few steps, and into the warm, calm, clear waters of world-famous Chalk Sound. Enjoy stunning views of Chalk Sound National Park and soak in the constant relaxing breeze on the expansive patio and pool area, or take a short walk or 2 minute drive to incredible Taylor Bay beach.

Enjoy complete privacy, peace and relaxation in this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom waterfront villa, including a private pool, connected dipping pool with waterfall, air conditioning, fast WIFI, modern LG flat screen WIFI TVs, and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury vacation home including high-end linens, soaps and shampoos, beach towels, 8 beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, and 4 sea kayaks.

The main house includes two primary bedrooms with one king bed in each bedroom and en suite full baths in each, an eat-in kitchen, foyer, family room, parlor half-bath, wet bar with pass-through window to pool patio, and 2-car garage. One of the king bedrooms also has a twin sleeper sofa in it. The guest house, located within a few steps of the main house, includes two bedrooms with one queen bed in each bedroom, one full bath for the guest house, and a family room with sectional sofa and a queen-sized "EZ bed" which can be set up as needed.

Daydreams Villa is all about soaking in the INCREDIBLE 180 degree views of Chalk Sound. There are really no words to describe the ever-changing color of the water and the feeling of the constant trade winds and warm sunshine.

Our favorite places to relax at Daydreams Villa are:
-the spacious covered pavilion overlooking the water and just steps away from the pool - we dare anyone to find a better view on Chalk Sound

-the swim platform where the gentle waves of Chalk Sound and colorful coral reefs and tropical fish beckon you to jump in the clear, shallow, warm water for snorkeling or kayaking (sandy bottom is safe for bare feet!)

-the upstairs balcony off the back main bedroom, especially at night with the stars covering the sky and the trade winds washing your cares away

-Taylor Bay Beach (also called Sunset Beach) - we think this is the most beautiful, relaxing beach in the world. Shallow, clear, warm water, soft white sand, and often you are the only people on the entire beach!

Our property manager will meet you on site upon arrival, provide a property tour, answer any questions you may have, and will be available by phone or WhatsApp anytime during your stay if you need anything.

**Note: Electricity is very expensive in Turks & Caicos. We provide an allowance of up to $50 per day for electricity usage for the air conditioners and pool heater. The AC and pool heater are metered separately and the meters are checked before and after each stay. If you use more than $50 per day, the balance will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card after checkout.

In our experience, this daily allowance is plenty to run the AC systems at night, some occasional/situational use during the day, and enough to keep the pool heater set around 84 degrees F. This policy protects us from a situation where a guest might choose to leave the AC systems on full blast all day and night and leave doors and windows open.

**Note: The small round dipping pool does not function as a hot tub / spa. It is heated the same way the pool is heated.

**Note: The property has exterior security cameras in front and on the sides. There are no cameras on the back of the house or inside the house to give total privacy in the pool area.

**We include a free mid-stay cleaning when you stay 10 nights or more. Mid-stay cleanings are available for a fee on shorter stays. Please ask the property manager for details.
