Second Year Staying at Property

Villa Blue Heaven's location on the Beach provides access and activities for the entire family (ages ranging from 69 to 3). Highly recommend this property for large family vacation.

This is my 3rd stay at Villa Blue Heaven and 'heaven' is not hyperbolic... it truly is paradise! The home is beautifully maintained and the owners are fantastic to deal with. The management is responsive to any questions and we all felt very safe and well cared for. We hope to be lucky to visit again!

Gorgeous house with amazing views of Sapodilla Bay. Great communication with property manager and easy checkin. It might be nice to have the pool cleaned once during a week stay, and also the beach raked. The beach accumulated quite a bit of seaweed and debris by the end of our stay. Otherwise everything was perfection and definitely recommend!

Wonderful villa, responsive owners and property manager

Villa was perfect for 2 families - pool and beach and the view are amazing. The beach has become very popular so can get busy!

Excellent house location

As advertised, had everything we need. Property Manager, Julien was very attentive and got back to me within minutes on any questions. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Our 40th Anniversary

We brought our kids and two toddler grandsons for our Anniversary and had a wonderful time. The pool and beach were perfect for the toddlers! The house was awesome and Chef Thomas did not disappoint!

Stunning !!

We stayed at blue heaven in early Nov with our family, this included 6 adults and 4 kids under 3. The facility was absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend it for anyone and if you have younger kids this is the place to stay.

Great place and beautiful views!

Had a great week. Julian was very responsive to anything we needed. Great place with easy access to things to do. Chefs Turks and Caicos is a must do. They are very familiar with the house and make amazing meals. Would definitely stay at house again.

Amazing villa

Amazing property! We stayed at the Blue Haven villa for a week for my 50th birthday. The villa and beach were amazing. Great communication with owners and property management company. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing week in paradise

Wonderful villa in a dreamy location. Very well equipped and the 3 sets of washers and dryers make for ease of packing and dry towels at the ready. We will definitely return. Communication was top notch whenever we needed something. Beach is amazing and sunset views were the icing on the cake. Only downsides were the TVs not working in the bedrooms and the AC was very expensive to keep the house cool - over 650 out of pocket on top of an expensive week.

We had a great time, the house was beautiful, the view was amazing. Julian was terrific, any time we needed him someone was there. We can’t say enough about the our experience, we totally relaxed. Would do it again. Great property.

A Truly Incredible Experience & Home!!!!

We stayed for a week in August. 5 adults, 4 kids aged 7-14. Villa Blue Heaven was Phenomenal. The entire home was just incredible. It is on one of the best beaches in Turks (within feet of the house), they have thought of EVERYTHING at this house. The owners were extremely helpful with communications prior to our stay, and once we arrived, Julien and Tamika were quick to reply to our questions. The 24/7 on-site security was nice to have but not needed. We just can not state enough how fantastic our experience was at this house. We will book this home again!!!!

As beautiful as pictured

The home was comfortable, beautiful and looks just like the photos. It felt rather private even with homes on either side. Julian the manager was promptly responsive to all questions. The kitchen has everything you need for making meals.We loved having paddle boards and double kayaks to use when we wanted them.We highly recommend staying here!

The house is beautiful and spacious. The views can’t be beat! It was a perfect home away from home. The neighborhood has a security guard, so the area feels very safe. The property manager was very easy to work with. I would definitely choose this villa again! The only downside was trying to keep the common area cool and comfortable without going too far over the electricity allowance. The bedrooms have amazing ocean views and were comfortable and cool. Having beach chairs, kayaks, and paddle boards provided was definitely a bonus!

Stunning property. Julian was so responsive to our questions. He recommended a taxi company that was available every time we called. Took us to dinner and waited for us. A gem It was a great place.

Fantastic Spring Break

The house layout and amenities (beach, pool, roof decks, etc) were amazing and exactly what our group of 9 needed (family of 5 4 grandparents). Only reasons for not getting that last star are 1) there spots in the house that could have been cleaned better prior to us arriving, 2) the kitchen tools need to be refreshed, and 3) given the location on the south of the island, you need to be prepared for long drives (minimum 1hr round trip ) to get to/from Grace Bay - regardless if it’s to get a cup of coffee or go out to eat

50th Birthday Trip

We stayed at Villa Blue Heaven and the property was wonderful! Julian, the property manager, was quick to respond to any issues we had. The restaurant Las Brisas was very convenient for breakfast, lunch or dinner and also great for take out! The kitchen is very well stocked if you want to cook. Highly recommend this Villa for a group of 10 or less.

Fabulous house! Most amazing views. Property manager very easy to get ahold of and takes care of everything. Negatives were few. Many stray beach dogs. They came right up to the pool and stayed like they lived there!
