Amazing Family Vacation SpotVilla Mary Jane was an amazing family vacation spot. The rooms and living area were spacious and the kitchen was great for cooking family meals. The pool area had an amazing view of the ocean and reef. The infinity pool and hot tub were great for lounging in. The snorkeling off the small private beach was stunning! The water is crystal clear, there were huge reefs a few meters into the water with amazing wildlife including many brightly colored fish, spiny lobsters, turtles, rays, pufferfish, trigger fish, and even barracudas. The pictures were great as they fish follow you around curiously and the water is so clear. The property even includes a number of nice snorkeling kits if you didn't bring your own.The staff was great. The pool and house were cleaned MWF, so everything was nice and clean throughout the week. Teresa (the property manager) was very responsive and helpful when we had questions about the property. The only thing missing was maybe a paddle board or kayak to be able to tour the reefs in.We'll definitely want to return, as it was the best snorkeling trip ever!

Family time

The house is moden, beautiful and private. There was plenty of room for my family of 8. The pictures are accurate! The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. We snorkled every day out of the little private beach. Location is great.

Turks & Caicos Seaside Villa

The MaryJane villa is a spacious and luxurious property right on Grace Bay. This was a family vacation - everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The villa is large and well-appointed, with 4 ensuite bedrooms, which include two primary suites. The highlight of the property is the amazing view of the infinity pool overlooking the water. We spent much of our time on the spacious outdoor deck-the property also has its own small beach so you have access to the water. The pool is not heated, but there is a hot tub alongside the pool, which we used every night. We also hired a chef to come in and cook dinner for us-the kitchen had all the equipment we needed, plus an outdoor grill. It is a short drive to the town of Grace Bay, so there is easy access to several restaurants and shops. They have started construction on additional villas in the area, but the owner was very upfront about this and offered us several options. The communication was excellent. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Excellent house and location

The layout and location of the house was great. Plenty of room and great amenities. Wish the hot tub heater woked it was broken all but 1 day we were there. They could also heat the pool in winter as it was pretty cold.

TC Villas, During our stay at the Mary Jane Villa, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of comfort and luxury it provided. Beautiful villa

We had 4 couples stay at Mary Jane Villa the last week of January 2024. The villa appears very new and clean. The views were incredible. The outdoor sitting area, pool and grill were fantastic and we spent a lot of time outside. All 4 bedrooms were comfortable with in-suite bathrooms and king beds.Mary Jane provided a cleaning service every other day which was a nice touch.and the villa was well equipped. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to travel to the T&C.

Breathtaking Views

Booked Villa Mary Jane for a relaxing Labor Day weekend and it did not disappoint. The views were spectacular and the villa was immaculate. We never got to swim in the ocean as the small private beach never revealed itself due to high tide and very rough water but we enjoyed sitting above it.

We had a great time at Villa Mary Jane. The property is large and roomy, stunning ocean views, and direct access to the ocean. We also had wonderful ocean breezes (we were there late winter/early spring). The property managers were quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. We got help getting kayaks and arranging a chef to cook dinner for us one evening. The property is also kept very clean and tidy. The location makes it easy to get around and get to anywhere else on the island. We had such a great visit!

Tremendous Time In Turks $ Caicos!

We had an outstanding week at the Villa! Great location and beautiful house with everything you need. It was 5 minutes to Turtle Cove for great restaurants there and 15 minutes to Grace Bay where there are several more great places to eat. Grace Bay is awesome for a nice walk , food & drink. Just be aware that everything you buy for food and alcohol is twice as much as it is in the states, but all the restaurants are great and you willl have a great vacation there. We highly recommend the Villa Mary Jane! 5 Star and more.

Fantastic stay at Villa Mary Jane

The beauty and location of this property is actually understated in the listing. It’s a well appointed and spacious villa with a breathtaking view. The pocket beach was small but beautiful, and we found vibrant snorkeling right in front of the villa. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The kitchen was equipped beyond expectations, and the outdoor cooking area and house-wide sound system were great. We visited with a group of four couples and found all four bedrooms to be spacious and private. The sunrises are amazing! We will certainly be back.

Amazing place. The house is spectacular.

Having four separate rooms you can retreat to is nice. The common room with the big nice kitchen makes the house perfect for a large family gathering. The pool is the show stopper with the amazing view. The pool deck is spacious with covered and uncovered areas. We snorkeled from the house almost every day as well. Everything you need for a great stay is provided. I would highly recommend staying at this property

Stunning views!

The location was perfect. It was not too far from beautiful Grace Bay Beach, close to several good grocery stores and also a very good fresh seafood market. The views from most of the property are unbelievable. Unfortunately two of the bedrooms have no view at all and were a little dark. It was very hot up on Blue Mountain and when there was no breeze, the heat and bugs were intolerable. The house opens up all along the back to the outdoor living space, the pool and the ocean, so it can get really hot in there. We did not close up and run the air to keep the heat and bugs out because we wanted to get the whole experience and when we got there we were told that we had a $400 allowance for air conditioning and if we went over it we would have to pay per kilowatt. Also, it had to be turned off after 8 hours for at least 2 hours because of the system. So, we only ran it in our bedrooms at night from the time we went to bed and turned it off right when we woke up. Without it, we would not have been able to sleep. The linens were nice, beds were comfortable and the house had basically everything we needed to cook dinners, take beach adventures and enjoy the outdoor areas comfortably. All in all we had a great time and really enjoyed our week at Villa Mary Jane.
