The house was awesome, clean and pretty well equipped. Pool was a hit. JP and Reynoldo were very responsive to anything that was needed.

Great location and very nice home. The only issue we had was the one of the showers flooded twice with water going out can covering the floor of the bedroom. Manager and on site coordinator were quick to respond. Booking was and payment was easy with quick responses from involved parties. Location was about 30 minutes from Grace Bay but close to several beaches other very nice that we preferred over Grace Bay.

The ocean view is only available from the upstairs bedroom balcony, but this area provided a great happy hour location to watch the sunset.The pool was clean and the covered seating area was a great place to relax and play games.Rooms were spacious and bathrooms included nice toiletries.The AC worked well (we had to turn it down many times).The kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the outside chef we hired - the table was beautifully set.This property was perfect for an extended family vacation with everyone having adequate space individually and common areas.

This house is nothing short of amazing. It's stunning and has great beach access. Hubert and Ronaldo went above and beyond and were very accommodating and helpful in every way. We would highly recommend staying at this lovely home!

Check in was a breeze. The property manager met us at the gate upon arrival and delivered our luggage to our respective rooms. The kitchen was modern and well-appointed, and the outdoor grill was clean.

Great Family Stay

we rented this home over spring break and brought our to college age daughters. This was honestly one of the most well equipped homes we have rented. The only thing it was missing is shears to cut the lobster tail shell. We went out for excursions during the day and then usually grilled steaks or fish at home in the evenings. We enjoyed throwing the football in the pool, the use of the kayaks and paddle boards and even learn to play pool in the basement of the home. I highly recommend this home. It has tons of space, the finishes are beautiful, and it has everything you need.

Great Stay in Chaulk Sound

A week in paradise. Everything was perfect from the house to the communication with the host. Everything from check in to final check out was a breeze. Space for a vehicle was nice (and do rent a car). The private beach, dock, and water sport items were the cherry on the cake. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing !!!

This place is truly incredible! The photos don't even begin to capture how amazing it is in person. Everything was perfect during our stay, and the property management team was outstanding! so friendly and helpful! I honestly have no complaints. One tip: I’d recommend having a driver or renting a car, as the location is a bit off the beaten path, but other than that, I’d give it a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it!

T & N in Paradise Turks & Caicos

Villa was as advertised. Clean, roomie and in great shape. Beaches were close and you have options to go on Chalk Sound side or ocean side. Our host, Vicente, was great. He met us at check in and set us up in the villa. Head set up beach chairs and umbrellas every day and was always will to help to make our stay outstanding. Highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing and the house was stunning…just like the pictures. Vincente and Reynaldo were great and if there was anything needed, they were on it. I highly recommend this location. You do need a vehicle to get there. We hired a personal chef, who was also amazing. I highly recommend this place. Everything was easy and a flawless process.

Great Villa: Positano

Crisp, clean, well maintained property. House cleaning and pool/ garden maintenance all great. Well lit when required; great for grilling, excellent location once you get past the noise from the harbor behind. It is clear that more of the same villas will be constructed next to this one and that will impact on the privacy of this villa to a degree. Privacy curtains should be included on all upstairs windows/doors as all that space is bedroom/bathroom. Loved that one could walk right out into the sea, have a private swimming pool and walk along the beach to hire a jet ski. All great!
