Villa was decent; but aging. However, several other simple things could have made the trip worth the cost. - no light switch or motion sensors at top of either stair case made it difficult to walk down the window by stairs in the turret and dangerous in both the turret and other staircase. Unacceptable. - a simple gate (like most other places) or “no trespassing” signs would have easily prevented the numerous confrontations (some hostile) we encountered for people cutting through the property to get to the beach, using the designated hammock and beach chairs and taking pictures at the turret. Unacceptable. - the washer left the clothes drenched as a puddle remained at bottom of tub after wash cycle had completed. Unacceptable. - the pool is not heated. Are you kidding me? At this cost, that’s really unacceptable. - the cleaning crew from the property bent company showed up at 9:00a and told me at 9:11 that they needed to start as they had an “early check-in”. Unacceptable. - light/fan switches are not identified and not easy to sort. Simple thing but very annoying. At the price this is Villa charges, and the reputation of TC Villas, this was extremely disappointing. We will not use either on our next visit to the island.

Spring break

Very relaxing place and close to everything. Definitely get a rental car. Very easy drive to grocery store and nice restaurants. We enjoyed the privacy and access to beach. Would definitely recommend

It's All About the View

The panoramic view of the ocean was breathtaking! The rooms are comfortable and everyone has their own en suite! We would most definitely stay at this house again. It was just fabulous!

Great stay!

Our multi-generational family of 10 enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. The rooms are all equal and comfortable. The snorkeling right out front of the villa is some of the best! We would stay here again!

Family Getaway

Our extended family including 3 young granddaughters stayed here for a week and the time flew by! Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great for privacy, and the pool was beautifully maintained and enjoyed daily! The snorkelers in our group appreciated the beach access to Smith’s Reef, and a son-in-law loved preparing meals on the gas grill. It was a memorable vacation stay, and the views are spectacular! Would highly recommend to anyone traveling with a larger group.

Paradise

This property was perfect for our group, each bedroom has it own bathroom and shower. The pool is perfect size for the house, not to mention it’s right on Smiths reef which is fantastic. My guests were able to walk right out front and snorkel, seeing tons of fish,and sea life. Sunsets are amazing poolside and the Marina is very close. We will be back soon

Great Place!

Very centralized. Great villa would stay here again no question. Some of the best snorkeling is just steps away. If you needed something or had questions about area they were very helpful. No compilates!

AmazIng stay in Provo, TCI

We had an amazing time in TCI & this property was perfect for us! We were travelling with our daughters & some of their friends. They were able to have their own space, which was perfect. The view of the ocean & sunsets from all of upstairs was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped & has everything we needed & more. Some of the outdoor furniture was a bit tired, but overall we had a fantastic stay.

What a View!

Just spent a week at this gorgeous house in Turtle Cove. The house is located in the middle of the island, so getting around was quick and easy. Each room is spacious, and has it's own A/C unit and bathroom. Property is well maintained and had enough space to accommodate the 8 of us. I would recommend bringing water shoes for going in the ocean. Lots of rock blocking the entrance to the beach, making it a little difficult to enjoy the ocean. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the island.

Perfect for a family vacation

Beautiful beach front setting, great pool and comfortable accommodations. We even had a private chef come in and had a beautiful dinner on the pool deck at sunset. There were 9 of us. Super convenient to IGA and a safe walk to the Marina for cocktails or a meal. Highly recommend!

Awesome vacation!

We really enjoyed our time at the villa. Perfect for 5 couples. We lived outside from morning to night. The infinity pool was meeting place for us. Just a few steps to the beach for unlimited snorkeling and floating in our rafts. The other beach visitors were jealous that we were floating in the ocean. The only negative comment was that there was no powder room available near the pool. We had good food at Shark bites and Baci which were restaurants within walking distance from the villa.

Perfect Peaceful location

Great property that was perfect for our two families (10 people in total). Location was great, away from the bustle of the large resorts, but close enough to drive to all the good shops/restaurants. There were fun restaurants walkable right around the corner in the marina plus a great place for breakfast. The beach is incredible for snorkeling and watching the boats leave the marina. Not quite as flat as the beach near the resorts, but much more peaceful and less crowded which we much preferred. Incredible place!

This property is great for a large group!!

The property is fantastic. All rooms have their own bathroom and the master bath has an outdoor shower which is heavenly. Nothing was missing. Walking distance to some great restaurants and the beach is very secluded. Many of us enjoyed an afternoon nap in the hammock by the beach. We will be back.

Happy in Turks and Caicos!

Beautiful home, well-appointed, clean, and with gorgeous views of the ocean. The downstairs bedrooms offer privacy with their individual access to the outdoors. Great location on the island. The management team was very professional and easy to communicate with, which made planning a breeze. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Best view and lovely accommodations

We have stayed at this home before and love it. It’s perfect for 10 people and the accommodations are lovely. Pamela, the house manager, is helpful, kind and quick to respond to any inquiry. The house is well kept and the view is spectacular!

Beautiful

The place is as described. Absolutely right on the beach!! Kitchen is well stocked. Check in process was great, she was very through with the detail to make sure we understood everything. My husband and son's loved the location to Smith Reef. Ton of snorkeling done with a lot of stuff to see and fun night time snorkel. Only thing that would have been better is if they provided a couple of kayak's or paddle boards as many other rental locations did. I understand that this would be an additional cost , but think people would enjoy them as it would be a great area to kayak.
