Amazing Villa

My family and I had a great time at this location. It was peaceful and quiet—exactly what we were looking for. The place was secure, with privacy and a lot of space in the home and yard. The pool was nice and cool, and the beach area was the best part. It was equipped with anything you could ask for. My mother-in-law had her own space downstairs with a kitchen and living space. Golf cart, Bikes, Pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and many more games to keep you occupied. The second-level deck area is all so amazing. We will come back and try other villas with this company. Great company that can give you a dream vacation.

Xmas Vacation

The beach is amazing and is kept clean of seaweed by the staff. Plenty of seating. Jacuzzi on a beach is so much fun. Covered seating area on the beach was fantastic as well. Fun water toys for adults. The pool was great for windy days or the end of the day wind down. The patio view kept our attention. With all of these great things, the best thing may have been the staff. From Fritz to James to Perla to the wonderful cleaning staff, they could not have made this a better or more carefree trip. Only downside is indoor furniture, but in the end, who cares, as we spent every moment possible outside enjoy the water, beach and incredibly well maintained grounds. We are already deciding when to go back.

Family vacation

The house was perfectly located from restaurants and the grocery store. The hot tub was great way to end other day. I loved the covered area and the hammock near the beach. The golf cart was so handy to have rather than driving our car to eat each night.

T&C Fun!

The property is amazing! We were 3 couples and had plenty of space. The unit is very well supplied with everything we needed during our stay including a large cooler and speaker to take to the beach. The golf cart was a hit & we used it to go back & forth to the beach and to dinner at the nearby restaurants. The beach set up! OMG! The kayaks, the paddle boards, the snorkeling gear, the beach chairs, the hot tub, the cabana & the view were above expectations! Smith's Reef was a short walk & we saw rays, turtles, a huge school of Yellow Jack (?) & much more! Super cool! The host, Perla, was amazing & helpful - making sure we were secure when some weather came thru early in our stay. Highest recommendation!

House is like a mini resort

Fantastic property, beach is pristine and close two great snorkelling reefs. Access to bikes and golf cart were helpful and the house came with all the amenities you would need. Great proximity to Turtle Cove Marina which has excellent restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Tropical Oasis

We loved our stay here. They had everything we could possibly need. The property was beautiful, kids loved having a huge property and beach to run around. We enjoyed our encounters with Fritz when he was working on the grounds. We only had to drive to the grocery store and town center to buy souvenirs but everything else we could walk to. We’d definitely stay there again!

We loved everything and wished only that we could have stayed longer

If you’re wondering if everything they show on VRBO pays of, it does. Everything you see is real. Better than we could have hoped for. Plus great restaurants a short walk away. Amazing place!

Great first trip to Turks and Caicos!

The Reef Pearl was an outstanding property and location. We had the best of both worlds for us, sandy white swimable beach and great snorkeling. The house had everything we could ask. The golf cart was a great addition. Would recommend for couples, groups of friends, and families of all ages.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our time on Reef Pearl. I didn't pay attention enough to realize that the PRIVATE and LOVELY beach was a quick walk from the property, and there aren't great/close ocean views. But it was no big deal and the use of the awesome golf cart made it easy to haul beach stuff back and forth to the beach. The downstairs open air game room was an amazing way to get the kids out of the sun in the afternoons and have family foosball and ping pong tournaments. The pool was perfect and immediately adjacent to the house. There are lots of outdoor areas (hammock, porch, beach chairs, and pool chairs) to enjoy the beautiful weather. The use of 2 separate spaces was ideal for our 2 families vacationing together. We will be back!

Unbelievable property with all the amenities of a 5 star resort

We stayed at the villa during spring break with 2 families. The Villa is awesome, it is stocked with everything you need to not go anywhere else and enjoy the beautiful beach all day every day. From fully stocked kitchen with excellent appliances, to a game room with pool table, foosball table, darts, etc..., to awesome amenities on the beach, this is the best house that we have ever stayed at. Looking forward to booking and staying there again next year.

Reef Pearl

This lovely home on Grace Bay Beach was perfect for our family vacation. We had seven adults, two teenagers and one 4 year old. The amenities were great for everyone. If and when we go back to TCI we would try to rent this facility again.
