My husband and I were on our belated honeymoon and the place was just what we needed. The host greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and welcoming. The place was perfect! Very clean, comfortable and we enjoyed having our own private pool and the beach access which was a less than a minute walk from the villa. It was close to a lot of the places we needed to be. We definitely will be staying here again when we come back!

The house was perfect size and darling. The pool was wonderful. It had everything we needed. It was more than a few steps to the beach which was a little disappointing. That may have been on us, and thought the house location in picture was different than actual villa. We did have to pay for electricity used over 150 kilowatts for our 5 days. We did not know that before hand (listing said some villas charge, but didn't specify). Our coffee maker was broken on arrival but Villa managers exchanged it RIGHT AWAY. Everyone and everything was great. The snorkeling right off the beach by Nutmeg Villa was AMAZING (Smiths Reef). Turtles, stingray, fish.....AMAZING!! Sunsets on the beach were great too!! Gave 4 stars out of 5, because of electricity and walk to beach (was hard for me due to knee surgery). I WOULD recommend.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR SNORKELING

THIS COTTAGE IS EVEN BETTER THAN THE PICTURES AND DECRIPTION INDICATE. PARKING JUST FEET FROM THE FRONT DOOR. WE LOVED IT PRIVATE POOL. VERY SHORT DISTANCE TO BEACH. SHORT SNORKEL OUT TO SMITH'S REEF.

Nutmeg Cottage May 2025

A beautiful house in a super location. Comfortable living and sleeping areas, and a well appointed kitchen. The pool out the patio doors puts this over the top. A short walk to the beach with the provided beach chairs makes a day outdoors easy breezy. Nearby restaurants are a bonus. Property management very easy to work with.

Wonderful stay at Nutmeg

We really enjoyed our one week stay at Nutmeg. The cottage was beautiful (and spotless!), fully equipped and in a great location - just a two minute walk to the beach.

Great spot and stay

Great spot and stay, was really close to the beach and had a great time visiting. The location was good and the property was as described. It was a fun stay and lots to do nearby! Overall recommended but felt like it could have been a bit cleaner.

Amazing location and very clean

My wife and I spent our 20th anniversary. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything you need from secluded to a brand new feeling. The entire experience was amazing. Had security system and all the basic needs and then some.

Amazing place

We were in TCI for our 50th anniversary. This "cottage" is perfect. 750 sq feet of amazing space. Not too big and not too small. It was the perfect place to celebrate the anniversary. So close to the beach but it felt like it was in it's own private grove, secluded by the wonderful landscaping. Just steps to the beach and super quiet. The pool was an added plus. What a great experience! Thank you for making our memories!

Went for a girls trip and had an amazing stay at a beautiful property. The house was spotless! Property team was responsive and super easy to reach when we had questions. Everyone was so kind. The amenities (bath and pool towels, grill, washer/dryer etc) were such an amazing touch. We loved our stay!

Perfect Villa for 2

We had the pleasure of spending a week at Nutmeg! This villa was perfect in every way! Interior was immaculate and perfect size for us! The outdoor area was just as perfect! Pool is great! Location is ideal! Few steps away to the beach and just a short 10 minute drive to the heart of Grace Bay or Taylor Bay/Sapodilla Bay beach area! We had the pleasure of working with Tox at TCI Villas, he was wonderful!

Lovely cottage

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nuttmeg Cottage, it was clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay on the island. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the fantastic snorkelling on the nearby reefs.

Private secluded romantic getaway

The property was exactly as advertised, there were no surprises. The cottage was clean and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with accessories that we took advantage of. The beach was even closer than I expected. We discovered that one of the most beautiful reefs on the island was right in front of the property. We purchased masks and snorkels at a local store and it was as if we were swimming in an aquarium. Can't believe that we found this place. Way over exceeded our expectations. We will come back.

Cottage Perfection!

This petite cottage is absolute perfection! Immaculate, bright, nicely designed and fully equipped. The location is great; away from the traffic of the main strip of Grace Bay, Turtle Cove is tucked down on the west end of the beach....yet only a quick 5 minutes to all of the main shops/restaurants. (There are a few in Turtle Cove, as well, if you are feeling very lazy)! We visited off-season, and had the beach to ourselves, save for maybe one or two other families, our entire stay. It is exactly 30 seconds from the front door to the water! That easy. And some of the best shore side snorkeling on the island is right there....just 10 yards in from the beach. We started each day with a sunrise swim, and then took the cooler and a bottle of wine or beers each evening to watch the sunset. With a few more swims throughout the day! (i.e., you needn't 'plan' to go to the beach....you just walk outside). I especially loved having a solo cup of coffee each morning up in the cupola, or watchtower....listening to the birds....and watching the sun come up. The kitchen was fully stocked for the evenings we felt like just staying in. Nice comfortable living room furniture, and a REALLY comfortable bed. The bathroom is adequate. The pool is perfect for a late afternoon dip. The house/location are secure. The supermarket is a moment away. What more can I say?! All together, we had a really fine stay, and if ever heading back down to this island, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to TCI Villas, and our hosts, for a wonderful stay.

After just 2 days at Nutmeg Villa we were sure that a return visit is a must. Greeted at the door by a TCI Villas rep. was pleasant. She went thru the details of the house at a relaxed pace and was so nice!! Now the the Villa itself. Perfect for a couple. Bright, private, clean, well stocked with anything you would need. The pool and patio were awesome!! The beach was a mere 200 ft. walk.
