The house is in very good condition. Great location. We walked the beach every morning. The kitchen, while not that spacious is very well supplied with everything needed to cook for a large group. Overall, a great stay.

We were greeted by Rheegie with cold towels and rum punch when we arrived. Our family of 13 had plenty of room. This house is fabulous. Very clean.The only downside was the sea weed (mother nature at her best). We hope to visit again in the future.

Property views were fantastic

The views were great, 3 rooms sub level which wasn’t great, 4 rooms on main floor fantastic, pool wasn’t working well so chlorine was strong from lack of circulation, etc…. Managers & cleaning was very responsive & done well!

Friends Couples trip

We had 7 couples & stayed here 4/13/24-4/20/24. We had an amazing trip with lots of memories. Staff was wonderful to work with. Any concerns they addressed promptly. The only downfall we had is one of the bedrooms downstairs had no air conditioning or vents, so made that room very warm. Would definitely recommend this place and consider again if we came back.

February Stay

We stayed at this house in February of 2024 for a few days and the house was large enough to accommodate three families with children. The pool heater was not operational while we were there, but we were told it was repaired when we were departing.

Paradise!

Conched Out is an amazing vacation destination! The property manager and staff were wonderful! The house is beautiful and easily accommodated our family of 15. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We had plenty of space to share meals, work a puzzle, play cards, or watch a movie at night. The outdoor living areas and pool were perfect! We enjoyed grilling dinner, having happy hours at the outdoor bar, and chilling out during the day. The beach is stunning and is where we spent most of our time! What an unforgettable trip! Thank you!

Gorgeous property, Attentive property managers

We are thrilled to have spent the week at Conched Out for my father's birthday. The property was beautiful, private, and clean. There was ample space for our party of 14. Our manager (Faye) was very responsive to everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Paradise - Definitely!

The property has a lot of living and entertaining space so everyone could spread out. We had a party of 8 and the pool deck area was more than enough to accomodate everyone. Ronald the manager was very attentive to requests for PWC's and paddleboards. The beachside covered chair area was a great spot to soak in the beautiful beach with the ocean breeze. Having a full service kitchen with all the settings and bar area made it easy for breakfasts and drinks throughout the day. Maid service was twice weekly and everything was very clean throughout the residence from check in to check out. Our group loved the location, seclusion and great beach access!

annual family vacation

My wife and I take our children and grandchildren on an annual vacation sometimes at an all inclusive resort and sometimes renting a large home. This home was exactly as described. A perfect beach villa. TC Villas and the house managers were extremely responsive always getting back to us within 24 hours. When the dishwasher broke they were on site within two hours. I would certainly use this rental company again. My only criticism of our trip and this has nothing to do with TC Villas is that the island is fantastically expensive and the fruit on the island was the worst I have ever tasted but the house and the setting were afforded our family the best beach vacation ever

A week in paradise

The villa is perfect. The staff went out of their way to make our week perfect. Our only complaint was the seaweed which we learned is only a problem 2 months each year. But the public beaches more than made up for the seaweed on our side of the island.

Amazing!

Wow, I don't know where to begin. The villa is lovely and the accommodations are just as described. Well maintained and very clean. Our hosts were welcoming and available at any moment. So many "extras" that we were not expecting! We felt very taken care of. Our family of 16 had plenty of space to be very comfortable. For a fee, they added a crib to the one room. A few things to take note of, the view is fantastic and the pool and ocean are warm (May 2022) The beach is very short in front of the villa but clean and the sand is white. The food prices at the grocery stores are a lot higher than in the USA. You need to budget for more costs for food. The resort restaurants are $45-50 for main dishes as a standard price and a mixed drink is $15-17. So plan accordingly. Maid service is 2x a week which was perfect for our family. A very nice woman took care of the Villa for us. When they suggest 3 hours at the airport for your departure... take that advice, you will be very happy you got there early!! The airport is a disaster! Traveling with 16 people is very challenging and the airport disorganization did not help. We only had 2.5 hours and it got very stressful that we might run out of time! Plan for LOTS of people and LONG lines and to be very HOT! Car return is also a challenge. If I could give one piece of advice... get to the airport early!!! If we had known better, we could have dropped off our bags early, then gone for breakfast, then dropped off our car, and come back for security to get to the gate. You will love the Villa and the island! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

Amazing week at Conched Out!!

Great location on the east side of island. Sunrise was amazing! House as described and we opened doors and windows for the island breezes. We heated the pool for 4 days and went over our AC allowance by $200, worth it!!! The house is showing a little age but location and views made up for it. Our family, including 5 couples had plenty of room for the week and spent time Poolside, hammocks and the beach!

Great place for a large group!

We could not have asked for better accommodations! The view was wonderful. The pool area had plenty of chaises and chairs plus nice tables for outdoor meals. The kitchen was well equipped with an excellent assortment of glasses, plates and utensils.
