Love my stay at Seascape Hotel. The property is well kept and just beautiful. The staffs are very hospitable. I didn’t want to leave, will definitely book my stay here when I visit Turks and Caico in the near future. The ladies in the office are the best.

Nice place to stay but a little far from the main restaurants and bars of grace bay. On Thursdays is very convenient because is a very short walk to the fish fry. They do offer to take you to the beach on a golf cart and they offer bicycles. Big rooms cold AC, nice pool!

Still developing, marble floors aren’t swept daily during your stay. They didn’t have bug spray for mosquitoes but leave the door open while cleaning the room. They do not help you with your luggage. They charge you $25 if you lose your rooms key card. They only provide one key card. Their Concierge service is from 9am until 8 pm so there’s no one to help you if you need help after those hours. The concierge office is locked all day long. You have to knock in the window for them to come to the door and ask what you need. You can not walk into the front seat area at will to speak with someone. There’s nice more I can say but I’ll leave it there. I really want a refund

Daniel (Hotel staff) was the absolute best! He is very helpful and made our trip to TCI a pleasure. This hotel is in walking distance to some dining options which include, Mr. Grouper, Open Flame, and Froggies. I was able to dine at Froggies(twice) and Mr. Grouper. Both, were very tasty. There are no dining options onsite (only a vending machine). However, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room was nice and clean, while the mattress was incredibly firm the bedding itself was nice. The housekeeping ladies serviced the room nearly daily. The kitchenette was a bonus. The staff were nice, big shoutout to Daniel who is a one man show at the hotel! Fixed our sink, door & safe && also took on by golf cart to the beach. I’d say it’s 5-15 minute drive anywhere you might want to go. I’d revisit this property

Daniel at the property is a great help with everything whoever the property owner is should give that man a raise. The hotel is new and it is close to the fish fry… golf cart to the beach

This was the most cleanest room and property I have ever been to. I felt extremely safe and staff was always available. They have a golf cart to do beach drop off and pick up. It’s less than 3 minutes from Mr. Grouper my favorite and less then 5 minutes from a shopping strip. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed this boutique hotel. While it doesn’t have a restaurant or bar, it very close to many options. The beach shuttle was excellent and we enjoyed the use of the bicycles.

My partner and I had an excellent stay and rate it 5 stars. Since we arrived, the staff were very friendly. It’s a low-key hotel where you’ll feel at peace especially hanging out by the beautiful pool area. Although it’s not a beachfront hotel, there’s a free shuttle running through business hours which is convenient. We preferred to not rent a car so for those who plan to do the same - distance is a 5-8 min walk to the beach, 20-25 min walk to the main strip where there’s a shopping center, restaurants and bars. We felt very safe in the area. Fast wifi provided and modern design was a plus. Special shoutout to Daniel for being awesome, answering all our questions and giving local recommendations! Look forward to coming back soon!

Smelly rooms. Lacks cleanliness. Poor customer service. Unkempt. Located in unpaved road. We blew out our tire because of the craters by this hotel. Nothing boutique about this place. Low water pressure. At one point we had dirty water coming out of the sink and shower. They're not good about replacing sheets and towels. Just bad all around, especially for the room rates they charge. I'd never stay here. There are many nicer places on the beach. This is not worth it.

Great location just a few minutes walk or golf cart ride to excellent beach with umbrellas provided. Great restaurants nearby. Room was spacious but sparse, but had a nice kitchenette with coffeemaker, refrigerator and microwave Pool small and cold. Pillows very uncomfortable. Hot water took a really long time to get. Staff was mosly very nice. We loved Daniel who set us up on the beach.

It was a super clean and quiet place away from the beach buzz but only minutes away from the beach. For the bathroom, it would be better to have a separate switch for the fan and a separate light for the sink.

Generally the hotel is brand new and in good condition. Missing small details that could make it better. The duvet is layered between two sheets and not zipped in so throughout the night one keeps touching the duvet which is not always washed after every guest. The linen situation can be improved. Otherwise than that it was good for the prices paid.

Receptionist was very kind and helpful. Hotel has free transportation to the beach via golf cart. The driver was also super sweet. In our room a list of local restaurants, cabs, etc. was provided to us which was helpful because it was my first time there. Overall room was nice and clean. Staff were all friendly, would stay here again!

Quiet and worth your experience!
Let me just say…I chose this place based off previous travelers experiences. The reviews did not fail me. What an experience!!! It was a birthday trip that was highlighted by exceptional service (customer service 10/10). Thank you specifically to Ms.Shawnette (my mom still thanks you) Daniel for the rides to the beach, Raheem (friendly presence) Blonch for the smiles around the property and Ms Gayle (great customer service). Just an overall WONDERFUL experience for a solo female traveler!!! The rooms were clean & spacious. I always felt safe. Anything I needed everyone was accommodating. I will be back for sure. 😎

The staff were very friendly, check-in was a breeze. The rooms were very roomy and had everything I needed for a one night stay. The pool area was behind the building which gave you privacy. Good off-street parking.

As this is a boutique hotel it’s small but it’s great. The pool & deck is great. There is a shuttle to & from the beach every hour. You could even request a drop off or pick up from the beach off the hour if needed. The staff was so friendly & helpful. Daniel was awesome! The hotel is safe & they always have someone there. It’s also in a great location! Use the hotels recommendations for taxis as this can get expensive.
