Stunning Daily View

My wife and I travel alot and usually spend our vacations in the Virgin Islands. Our trip to Provo was great and Rockspray was a big parf of that. It was so nice waking up every morning and watching the sun turn Chalk Sound into a beautiful blue that is almost unnatural. The property manager was awesome and we enjoyed everything that property had to offer.

Most Amazing Water View!

You will think you are in the Maldives, the water is so beautiful. It feels like an over the water house! The deck space is so beautiful and loved the dining outside or inside. We enjoyed kayaking right off the house deck. Loved the layout for 2 couples to share with feeling like you still have privacy. Property management was truly the best, so nice and responsive and even granted us early luggage drop off on our rental day. Taylor Bay is in walking distance and a great place to get great sunset photos. Thank you for the welcome gift when we arrived! LaS Brisas Restaurant has been on of our must eat places for 3 years now, the fish or scrimp tacos are the best on the island. We took hundreds of photo of the house view and still can't capture what its like in person. Loved our stay and we will be back. Thank you.

Away from the masses

The owner had the vision years ago to find this, what was an out of the way spot. Unfortunately others followed. But it’s still away from the masses. Quiet and relaxing. Thanks for the opportunity.

Rock Spray

Rock Spray is an older home and could use some updates and maintenance. We had several issues we addressed with management and hope they consider the simple fixes that were brought to their attention. We personally own multiple rental properties and understand the difference in nit picking and legitimate concerns. The location and the deck are wonderful. If you are looking for quiet and peaceful this the is the place .

Loved this property!

The house was clean and comfortable and the views were amazing. We really enjoyed being a little bit away from the traffic and crowded areas, and there were several restaurants nearby for when we wanted something closer in the evenings. We especially enjoyed watching both the sunrise and sunsets from the back deck.

Heaven on earth

Pictures don't do it justice. Fantastic stay! Furnishings could use a little updating, but that's not even a valid complaint. We loved everything.

Amazing house with unbelievable views… outstanding deck!

We planned this trip for my 40th birthday, our friends and us had the most amazing time! They helped us plan before our trip and we’re easily reached if needed while we were in Turks! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and the house! We will definitely be back!! My only negative comment is that the pictures they have posted don’t do the deck justice… I spent more time on the double decker deck on our 6night 7 day trip than I did in the house (please know the house is fabulous too)… it was such a wonderful surprise! This was the best way to celebrate my 40th birthday! Thank you all for everything!

The villa was beautiful, and the location was great, near multiple beaches and a quick ride to town. Being able to walk into the ocean five minutes after checking in was the best part.

Like a boat on surreal blue waters

We had a wonderful stay at Rockspray Villa. The house is full of character and wonderful little details like framed feathers and seashells on the walls, antiques and lovely furniture. The house is secluded and down a stone driveway off the main road. The master bedroom with bathroom and shower that opens to the outside is especially beautiful. The house has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The location is great. Someday we will return. Thank you.

Amazing

The property was just like the pictures showed. We loved the location as it was very close to great beaches and there were several restaurants with in just a couple miles. We loved sleeping at night with the sound of the water lapping on the rocks and there was always a cooling breeze

Gorgeous!

Wow! What a lovely villa with a beautiful view. We had so much fun swimming, snorkeling and kayaking right off the dock. The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Highly recommend!
