Top 3 vacations ever

The property and location are everything we could have hoped for. While Grace Bay was packed and very busy, this oasis, only 10 minutes away, was very well appointed (it actually has a full kitchen, grill, and everything you need to really cook a meal), relaxed, quiet, and very chill. It was great to chat with our hosts on the beach and get to know them, and they us. I really can't say enough about the quality of this villa, the location, and our host.

Excellent vacation spot for families!

Our family of 4 (2 children aged 18 months and 4) decided to book Villa Esencia Premiere Plus for a more private vacation. The Villa itself was clean and had many amenities that we appreciated as a family (dishwasher, washer/dryer, smart TVs) as well as 2 separate bedrooms. The location was perfect with pool/hot tub access adjacent to the house, and easy access to the beach. A few notes for families: 1. Pool and hot tub were very clean and pool was warm enough for the kids 2. Beach was very large with white sand and shallow crystal clear waters. We felt very safe with our children in the water as there were minimal waves and no undertow. Although it was a bit windy at times, it was never an issue swimming in the water. The beach is very private which we appreciated. 3. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but the Grace Bay restaurants were only about a 5 minute drive. Groceries are very expensive, so be prepared. 4. The area is very safe. All of the staff were very courteous and gave us privacy 5. Ritama and Kabir were extremely accommodating to any of our needs with the kids We will definitely be booking with Villa Esencia next year. Highly recommended for those looking for a private family vacation.

Fantastic Family Fun!

We had a wonderful, relaxed vacation at the villa. Ritama and Kabir were great hosts and super friendly. We swam every day and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and each other.

Great place

We had a great time. The house was very nice and the pool, covered palapa and direct beach access were amazing! The owner was really responsive and let us use a crib and high chair for our baby which was very nice. The beach is really clean and shallow so easy swimming. It was a wonderful place. I hope we get to return soon.

Amazing Property on Amazing Island

We don’t have enough superlatives to express our experience at Villa Escencia. The property is located on long bay right on the beach. A few steps (literally less than 10 seconds) and you’re on soft sand enjoying the amazing island. The home (we stayed in Premier Plus) was super clean, very comfortable (family of 4 with 2 kids under 6 years old), well equipped with everything you need. The pool (about 4.5 feet deep) was perfect for the kids as well as the hot tub. The property has beach chairs, loungers, umbrellas, kayaks and paddle boards for use and it was great. It’s well kept and well laid out. After the sun goes down, you are treated with just the sounds of the ocean and wind. No noise since it’s on the side of the island that seems to be all residential. The beach was so awesome… very shallow for hundreds of yards. Shallow enough with little to no current for our 3&5 year olds to be in the water on their own. Last but not least, the property owners (Ritama & Kabir) and two of the most wonderful people you’ll ever meet. Welcoming, kind and caring! Can’t wait to be back!

Great Place for water Sports

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We have been to TCI multiple times but always stayed on the Grace Bay side. The windward side of the island is great for kite boarding, sailing, etc. We aren't into those so it was a little disappointing. The property and host were great. Had little problem with cell phone communications but that is not because of the property.

Perfect in so many ways!

We had an amazing time at Villa Esencia! And our trip was extended longer than expected. We stayed a week at Villa Esencia Plus with 6 of us spanning three generations. All of us had a blast. The apartment was very comfortable and just the right size. The favorite 'spot' for many of us was the cabana that had a comfy outdoor couch, a full table, and a killer view of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were also a hit. We had a unique opportunity to experience even more of the units with the airport closing and needing accommodations for an additional night. Ritama and her team were nothing short of amazing! The two smaller units we moved to were perfect for our needs and gave us ideas for return trips as couples. Between the location, property, and ownership it is hard to beat Villa Esencia! This was our third time on the island and we would definitely stay at Villa Esencia again!

Beauty and the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful spot. Ritama is a lovely and accommodating host. The villa was lovely and the beach and setting is beyond words. A couple of extras would elevate this to the highest of high praise - like having basic staples available (salt and pepper) and including some little summary of things at check in about the villa (info about the gym that was mentioned in listing but never discussed or shown while there; info about where to go to get COVID test; info about a place right down the beach that you can actually visit and have a drink at their bar! etc)! Ultimately if we needed anything Ritama was 100% responsive. And we soaked up the sun and sand for 6 days of complete rest and relaxation! Thank you Ritama!

Perfect Vacation location for our family- Best Hosts EVER!!!!

We were seeking a vacation to relax. We did not want to run around every day and chase the next greatest tourist thing to do. The location was ideal. The villas are located in a gated community. We had our own pool, hot tub, cabana and situated amidst enough trees and bushes offering complete privacy. Ritama and Kabir are truly the most kind, gentle souls you could ever ask for. Every day we were greeted by their sweet dogs, Bindi and Goji. If you are looking for action and nightlife, this is probably not the ideal place. If you want to relax, enjoy a calm place to rest, recharge and enjoy the beautiful tranquility with friends and family, this is the place. We will 100% be returning.

Paradise on the beach!

What an amazing Villa and entire experience!! Our group booked the Esencia Plus for a relaxing vacation and could not have asked for more. The Villa is perfect...exactly as described and more. Peaceful, secluded, your own private beach access. We especially loved all of the outdoor seating and dining areas for relaxing while hearing and seeing the ocean just steps away. Nothing was lacking in terms of amenities, and the rental car was a great addition. And such WONDERFUL HOSTS - so friendly and helpful with anything we needed! We 100% recommend for anyone looking to book their next vacation in Turks & Caicos!!!

Wonderful visit

Exactly as advertised. Very Private. Easy access to the beach. Having the vehicle was a much needed bonus. Easy access to all areas of the island. Owners were on site and very eager to make sure we had everything we needed. Will recommend the villa to my friends.

Beautiful, private, isolated place on a world class beach

We stayed in the Premiere Plus villa for Christmas and had a wonderful experience. We were just steps from the beach with a dedicated beach cabana (nice for reading in the shade) and pool (for cooling off after beach walks). Beach was often windy (thus the kiteboarding reputation!) but water was still clear and pleasant, and sand was amazing. There's a small beach view from the master bedroom but mostly you see the lush vegetation and take a short walk to see the beach, which was fine for us. Ritama and Kabir were very friendly (they live just upstairs) and their dogs stop by for treats Ritama had left with us, which we loved as dog people. There was an honest mistake at our check-in but it was remedied by them quickly. This is a small property and small staff, so have a bit of patience. There's only one place within walking distance but it's an amazing place - the Shore Club is a ritzy (and expensive!) resort but they had no problem with us coming and hanging out the pool or having happy hour in their bar. Worth the walk down the beach. There's also a kiteboarding school and a jetski operator near the Shore Club - from jetski you can ride out to a shipwreck and climb on it (and jump off!). Premiere Plus came with a car for a short easy drive into town to lots of restaurants and shops. it was also nice then to get back to our quiet, tranquil place when the night was over, and to wake up in quiet peace. We did really enjoy this place and I could see visiting again in the future!

This is our second stay on the property in 3 years. The first was one of the Wyakha apartments, this time in Esencia Premiere Plus. Both stays were fabulous and we didn't want o leave. Ritama and Kabir are the perfect hosts, welcoming but unintrusive. We have tried kiteboarding, but probably won't continue. While this property is a kiteboarders dream, we enjoy the crowd free beach and just watching all the action. It's 10 minutes from grocery, grace Bay, restaurants. Esencia Premier Plus is brand new with gorgeous finishings. Private pool and beach hut are the cherry on top. Seats at the beach are never hard to come by. Paddle boards and kayaks are provided as well. Counting down to our next visit already!

Had a great stay in a beautiful property and very friendly hosts. The place is on the non touristy side of the island but really close to the main part by car. We liked the privacy of the place and the convenience of the car that came with the place.

Very nice villa, beautiful spot.

Villa Escénica is wonderful. The owners are friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was there and if not delivered when we asked. There are a total of 10 or so villas to rent based on the size of your group. Our villa was in the lower level of the owners home. This was somewhat misrepresented in the photos. The unit however was clean and spacious. As well, we were provided with our own private tiki area which has a table and chairs as well as a couch. We spent each morning and evening here, really nice. Our villa also included a car which saved us lots of money. We saw the entire island this way. The beach is nice however lots of seaweed, which started last year we were told. It does affect your beach going experience at the villa. However, if you travel to other beaches which I recommend, it is manageable. The water depth is very shallow. Depth is 2-3 feet for at least 1/2 mile out. Perfect if you have small kids. All in all, a nice place to stay.
