The cottage was immaculate and came with everything we needed and more. We’re so grateful for the use of their cooler, beach chairs and towels. We definitely used them quite a bit. Centrally located, tucked away off the road. Wish we would shed used the pool more, but we spent so much time exploring the island all day, by the time we got back it was dark and we we were tired. We never had any issues with the internet or power. We made breakfast every morning and piña colada’s at night using the blender. It was the perfect place for us and we would definitely stay again!! Jeano was amazing and she met us at Hertz so we could follow her the rental. Thank you for being such an amazing host. Our first time on the island and we fell in love!! Go to Smiths Reef, we snorkeled with the sea turtles!

Cozy Cottage

Central to beaches and great restaurants this cottage is perfect for your stay in Providencialis. It has everything you need and nothing you do not. The pool and surounding patios are a welcoming reprieve from a day on the beach. Beautiful Grace Bay and Sapodilla beaches are a must do! The hosts were very welcoming and provided an escort to the cottage. This helped us easily navigate the island. We loved our stay at this cottage. It will always be our TC home

Spring Getaway

This Cottage is great. Private pool, everything you need for 2 people. Close to beaches, restaurants and gift shops. Great communication with Patty, Miki met us at the airport and Jeano is fantastic (should be a personal tour guide 😊) Could not have asked for a better host. We highly recommend staying here and hope to come back soon.

Turks Get Away

We arrived on an earlier flight than planned. Miki met us at the car rental and we followed her to the cottage. It was everything that the photos showed. A private cottage for 2. We had a relaxing week by the pool in the yard and found some amazing beaches. The cottage has a very comfortable bed and sitting area. Perfect space for 2 people. We would definitely come back and stay at the cottage. We were shocked to find out the cottage was 18 years old. It had been kept so well we thought it was less than 5 years old.

It's a breeze to stay at Palm Breeze Bay Cottage!

Patty was very communicative and always responded to all comments or queries right away. The cottage is as pictured and was what we anticipated and needed. Jeano met us at the airport car rental so we could follow her back to the property. She gave us many details and hints that were much appreciated about shopping, beaches, and all manner of info about the guest cottage and the property adjacent. We met Miki later on who also was pleasant and helpful. T&C has beautiful beaches. Sticker shock is a THING, but if you are prepared you will be fine. I recommend you read other comments from other viewers for more friendly suggestions about where to go, eat, etc and the guest book in the cottage for tips as well. This is a lovely stay with very kind people managing it. The private little pool is just perfect. 5 stars!

Relaxing Week in Paradise

This was our 6th trip to Provo, TCI but our first time to Palm Breeze Bay Cottage. Wish we had found this little gem earlier, we loved the cottage, it had everything needed for a very relaxing week. We spent the mornings on different beaches or exploring the island and the afternoons were spent in the private little pool of our backyard oasis. If you want time to just relax away from the hustle and bustle of other areas on Provo, this could be your perfect place. It was ours! Patty was very responsive to questions before our arrival and Jeano was very helpful and gave us lots of info on the island. Enjoyed our chats with Jeano. We hope to be back next year!

Private Oasis

We had a wonderful week at the cottage. This was our fifth time on the island but our first traveling alone. We felt the cottage was private, cozy and very clean and enjoyed having our own lovely, private back yard with a fun, tropical pool/waterfall. Miki and Jeano were very resourceful and informative while there and Patty was super quick to respond to any questions prior to our stay. They all made the rental process a breeze. Comfy Cozy Cottage

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Palm Breeze Bay Cottage. We had everything we needed and it was easy access to all that we wanted to do. We spent time at the cottage as it was a comfortable place to read, relax and do some on-line work. Communication with Patty and Miki was great!

Great Little Cottage for Two!!

Having been to the island twice before, I will say that this quaint, comfy cottage far exceeded my expectations and was truly amazing!! The entire process from talking with Patty prior to our trip, to messaging with Patty and Jeano, the incredibly helpful woman/property manager on island, could not have gone any better. We had an amazing stay on the property, as it was clean, comfortable, and the pool/outdoor space was a 10+. Kayaking on the canal right from the property was a truly memorable part of our trip as well. You will need to rent a car to get you to an from the airport and to travel to the island's remarkable beaches, but cars are quite affordable. Our two week vacation was amazing to say the least the property was perfect. We had our home little pool which came in handy at least twice a day. Location was wonderful and quiet management of the properties is outstanding would recommend 100% you should stay here.

TCI Getaway

The cottage was just as described, a cozy studio. The private pool with the waterfall was lovely for sitting out for breakfast and after beach days in the afternoon/evening. Micki and Jeano were both friendly and helpful. Really appreciated all the beach towels and the beach chairs were very comfortable and easy to carry. There is a beach umbrella also but pretty windy most days to use it. The host has created as much storage space as possible in the bathroom with wire shelving, etc. The kitchen was well appointed, including plastic’s storage containers for leftovers. The bar sink in the kitchen was a challenge when washing dishes and took some creative maneuvering to get some bigger items washed. I think a faucet with a sprayer might be helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay with many thoughtful touches like a large and small cooler, several cooler packs in the freezer, etc. The washer/dryer was handy and people had left detergent and dryer sheets. There’s a double kayak and a single kayak for guest use too and the canal is a great place to explore. Be advised that you need to provide your own soap, shampoo and conditioner. The cottage is in the flight path of the airport, so planes are prevalent during the day. Overall a comfy home base after exploring the beautiful Provo beaches!

Great location

Spent 9 days here and it was perfect! Great little cottage that has everything you need. Definitely need a car to get a round but you are close to everything if you have a car. The pool was great and perfect to cool off after a day at the beach. We will be back!

Perfect Cottage for Two

Our stay at the cottage was perfect! It was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy a first trip to Turks and Caicos. Miki gave a great rundown when we got there and was always prompt to respond to any questions. The private pool and beach supplies were used daily and made the experience better than we imagined! Can't wait to return!

Cottage but much more.

This cottage and property was absolutely amazing. The moment we walked in I said, I couldn't have booked us a better place. Instant bliss in the location, property layout, and amenities provided. Owner and property manager were spot on thru out. I cant say how much we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfy, had everything we needed plus some. Pool was private and we spent way to much time in there. The small details is what makes this place stand out above the others we have stayed at before. If you want a cozy stay with no all inclusive vibe and dont mind driving on the island which is super easy, stay here. We will book in a heart beat again if coming back.

Cottage Hideaway

We had an amazing T&C holiday. The cottage is away from the crowded resorts but still central to everything. Each day we explored new adventures and yet were able to return to the cottage for lunch (food is surprisingly expensive). The cottage was clean, cozy & comfortable and it quickly felt like home. Patty, Jeano & Miki are a wonderful property team who offer great recommendations. Would definitely recommend this island gem!

We had great communication with hosts, great advice from Miki, and were centrally located for beaches south and east as well as great restaurants. Everything was 10-20 minutes away. Wonderful to relax by the pool in afternoon or evening!
