Awesome stay on Grace Bay
We spent four nights at this gorgeous three bedroom unit. Equally family friendly and adult friendly with clean, modern amenities, the most gorgeous beach, beautiful pool, and fabulous screened in porches. The property is well kept with a new tennis/pickleball court, shaded, assigned parking spaces and clean/bright lobby.

Our family has a wonderful vacation! This condo is in perfect condition! The pictures on the website do not do the condo justice. We were all amazed when we walked in. The condo is spacious, clean, quiet and well appointed. The beach is right out the back patio with gorgeous sunset views. The bay is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, napping and long beach walks. The staff is very accommodating. They will help with everything! You can even arrive to a fully stocked kitchen. We would stay here again without hesitation. I would recommend it to anyone. Also, I have to give a shout out to Dive Provo (recommended by the owner)- we had great diving adventures!

The Best Vacation in 30 Years
I visited with a group of Ladies celebrating a 30 year career in the military. The condo was fabulous! Impeccably decorated and fully furnished. Beautiful sunset view, steps from the beach, and accommodating staff! We truly didn't want to leave, but we'll be back!

Fantastic Stay
This was a great stay, and the perfect suite for our little family. We stayed in this suite (Pregnant wife, 2.5 year old daughter and myself) and the space was perfect.
What we loved:
Lots of space
Ground Floor
Screened in Porch
Furniture on the Porch is unbelievably comfy
Great Kitchen
Quiet
Lots of space
Great bathrooms
Free parking
What we didn't like:
-Nothing
Unit owner is great at communicating as well, and we hope to be back one day.

Beautiful beachfront bondo
This is the nicest places we have ever stayed. The unit is huge with a wonderful screened in porch that looks out at the beach. It is steps away from the boardwalk that leads right to the beach on Grace Bay. The unit is extremely clean with very thorough daily housekeeping.
We loved the outdoor furniture on the screened in porch that made it a "swag hangout" according to my teenage child. We also loved walking on the beautiful beach in the morning.
The staff helped us with grocery shopping, so our kitchen was well stocked when we arrived.
We snorkeled at nearby Bight Reef, Smith's reef. We took the Underwater boat tour, which was great for our guests who didn't want to get wet. We also got to see Jojo, the local dolphin, who visited us right out front of place the morning of our departure. If you rent this unit, get ready to sit back and relax at one of the most beautiful beaches and condos around!

Amazing location
Our girls tennis group stayed for 5 nights and we were blown away by the amazing location right on the beach. Having the outdoor patio lead right to the beach was terrific. The condo is also much bigger than appears in the photos, and is beautifully decorated. The staff was amazing and super helpful, especially when both the sink and the refrigerator broke down (unfortunate) but they came quickly to try and fix it. Would highly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat!

Fantastic, beautiful - the photos don't do the property justice
My wife and two boys (ages 5 and 6) just returned from an amazing vacation in Turks and Caicos, where we stayed in the Venetian. What a spot - the pictures just don't do it justice. Grace Bay is beautiful and after walking up and down the beach every day, we believe that the Venetian has the best spot on the whole beach. It is at the east end of the hotel developments (although none are that big, which is nice), the beach is well groomed, the properties grounds are fairly new and well kept, and there is a small snorkeling spot (a rock breakwater) just a bit further up the beach for the kids to enjoy.
You won't be disappointed (except by the airport until the renovation is finished).

Blue meets Blue
We stayed a week in April 2014 with two other couples, and this rental and Grace Bay are fantastic!!! Condo is professional decorated and immaculate. Beaches are white sand and ocean waters are multiple shades of blues (#2 beach in the world according to Trip Advisor 2014), you have to see the water to believe it. Condo is ground floor, and about 50 steps to the beach. no messing with elevators or steps, etc…
Headed back in August!!!

A week of pure relaxation...
Our family had a wonderful week at the Venetian. The entire experience from beginning to end was perfect! The condo had everything we needed for a stress free vacation. The entire staff treated us like family and very prompt in response to any request. We have traveled to many luxury resorts in our travels and our entire family agreed that this stands as one of the top on our list. We loved being on the ground floor and literally walking out of our unit onto the beach! The villa and grounds are exceptionally clean and maintained. The area was very quiet and we felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. We will definitely keep this place in mind for a future vacation!
