The room overlooked the pool. There is no beach view, but a short walk to a dedicated area on the beach with a limited number of chairs and unbrellas. You needed to arrive before 8:00 am to get a chair with an umbrella guaranteed while we were there early march.A short walk to a lot of very fun restaurants and taverns. Very family friendly

Great location - no better place to stay as POC is in the middle of everything. Extremely friendly staff and always helpful. The resort itself was perfect for a budget friendly experience on the island.

Great location

If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back.

Great stay

My husband and I stayed for five nights. The room was as described, clean and comfortable.Location cannot be beat, many restaurant's, close to grocery store and the beach across the street. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas all available. Friendly staff, we would stay again.

Summer Vacation

Overall, our stay at the Ports of Call was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and professional. The location of the property was ideal for activities/restaurants in the area. Also, the resort provided some social activities which was a nice addition to our stay. We will definitely consider staying at this property again when our travels bring us back to Turks & Caicos.

Review for vacation stay

This property was well taken care of and a great quaint place to stay. Very low key and not much on property as of night life. The beach access was great and the staff were decent. We spend most of our time at the beach and visiting the hotels around for food and entertainment. The shops around were very convenient especially the grocery store with the host gave us very good tips for the week. Where to go , how to prepare for the week. Overall it was a great experience and the host was very friendly and was always available.

Great hotel!

I had a great stay! The staff is super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The beach is a short walk away and there are chairs/umbrellas reserved for our resort. The grocery store is a short walk away, as well as shopping and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Unexpected Gem

We stayed for one night until our long-term residence was available. Location is amazing! Service was excellent and very clean! They have a small restaurant, pub, pool, hot tub, ping pong, and games on site. If you are looking for a smaller, quaint place to stay, I would highly recommend!

Problems w TV/ Site’s personnel- the personnel there were incredible-ALL had great positive attitude

Could not rec NBC, ABC, CBS stations, sometimes “ surfing “ channels it would “freeze” and u could not change channels. Unpluging it it would then take 10-15 minutes to reset! 3 technicians on various days could not fix it. Our very last day of a 2wk stay a tech got the 3 stations but couldn’t fix the “freeze”

In the center of Grace Bay . Lots of restaurants and shops walkable. While not on the beach, it is a 4 minute walk to the area for our lounge chairs and umbrellas. They have plenty never a problem.

POC had some nice perks; pool, hot tub, breakfast (limited items and need to improve on eggs and waffles), and convenience to beach. Chaises right on gorgeous Grace Bay. Rooms were comfortable and very Clea, however it's a no frills property, not really a resort. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice, friendly property

Stayed here because was visiting friends at 7 Stars across the street. It’s a clean, well appointed property and rooms. The location is convenient to an amazing beach, and the beautiful grocery store across the street is a big plus.
