Perfect Getaway!

We had an amazing experience at the Sing a Song Villa! Adeline made our stay so enjoyable, helping coordinate jet skis, a chef, and activities and dinners out. This was our second time staying at the villa, and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

The villa is amazing. It was perfect for our family. The view and water in this area can't be topped. We paddle boarded every day and enjoyed the ultimate relaxation.

Beautiful property with amazing views

We had a wonderful stay here with our teenage children over spring break. The villa was comfortable and well appointed, with gorgeous views from every room. We loved the location on a quiet beach away from the crowds, but a quick drive from restaurants and activities. We enjoyed making daily use of the paddleboards and kayaks and lounging in the comfortable beds by the beach and pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location

Wonderful view comfortable outside beds at beach and by the pool. Very nice beach with nice sand. Beach is a nice walking space. Paddle boards and kayaks are nice

2nd time renting here. Water for family(kids) is amazing, as it is very shallow for a coupleHundred yards. Everything you need in one place!

Breathtaking private villa

Winter Getaway

I’ve stayed in ocean front villas in other countries but this one was the best because you can actually swim in the ocean at Sing a Song. We swam, paddle boarded and kayaked every day. The place was spotless, fully equipped the host was very responsive. Highly recommended staying here.

Sing a Song

Great property with amazing views and amenities. The beach is quiet, Grace Bay is just a short drive away if you want any excursions or a more active area. Having the paddle boards, kayaks, outdoor chess, and pool area were great. Jose was a great host and very attentive to any needs.

Loved our time

My family (2 small kids, wife, myself, nanny) loved our stay at your home. The view was breaktaking, house was very liverable, and the level of service was top notch. It's hard to beat this view!

Absolutely Amazing!!

The pictures do not do it justice! The location is just beautiful! The house was perfect for us (family with 2 adult children). The views were incredible. Adeline was AMAZING! We will definitely be back.

Relaxing stay!

We had such a relaxing time at your property. It is absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed during our stay and nice touches were added that I didn’t even think would be included. Adeline was amazing and very helpful prior and during our stay. We are making plans to come back and hopefully rent all 3 villas for our extended family! Thank you Jose and Adeline!!

Super Magnificent Views - Best Villa Ever!

I would highly recommend the 3-bedroom Sing a Song Villa. We had an amazing time. The water was perfect. The ocean views are stunning and the three quays in front are an added bonus. The rooms were spacious and clean. The water pressure in the showers was amazing. We stayed here with our 4 children. They weren't bored at all, from kayaking to paddle boarding and playing chess or volleyball, they were entertained the whole time there. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy their vacation. The host is very responsive!

Private Oasis

I stayed at this villa for 4 nights with 5 of my best friends and it was everything and more. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It’s truly the most beautiful rental property. The best part of this house was Adeline (local house manager). The house was fully stocked with all of our food/alcohol request upon arrival. We also worked with Adeline to setup a private driver for our trip which was great. We definitely recommend having Adeline deliver jet skis to the villa, it was the highlight of our trip. The house has everything you can think of like a cooler to bring down to the beach. Thanks for a wonderful experience Adeline, can’t wait to come back.

Nice villa on Juba Sound

Enjoyed our spring break but the home needs a few updates. Very rocky to access the beach. Needs a new landscaping plan to improve access. Home is aging and has some significant wear and tear. The kitchen needs a serious upgrade (stove, all pots and pans). Surrounding homes on Juba Sound (windchime villa) show the true value of enjoying an oceanfront villa.

Incredible place that checked all boxes

For my wife’s 60th bday she specified specific requirements for a house to stay in. This place checked them all and then some. 1. Beautiful view ✔️ 2. Private pool ✔️ 3. Private sandy beach✔️ 4. Clear blue water ✔️ 5. Newer house ✔️ 6. Near shopping and restaurants but not people✔️ 7. Direct flight✔️ Add in the service we received from the staff and this place made our trip a success. Highly recommend. Definitely recommend renting a car as cabs and drivers $$
