The pictures presented did not accurately depict the condition of the property. The photos are original and the property is 15 years old, and it showed! The accommodations are not as modern as promised and pictured online. The property is dated with cabinets falling off of the hinges, the closet shelving is in this repair, the living room, couch, and outdoor furniture beds are soiled, the caulking is unsightly, there are holes, cracks, rusting, and water damage throughout both bedroom units, and the steps to the beach need attention. These are only some of the problems and I took pictures and forwarded them to the owner. We had to find alternate accommodations and he did not offer a reasonable refund, although he agreed with my assessment and complaints. We are extremely disappointed because the cost of the stay was more than the 4/5 star resort that we booked afterwards. The cleaners tried to do their best but the owner has neglected this place and I would not recommend it.

Place is perfect for two people. We were able to enjoy the pool and beach. Walked out to the island and saw a sting ray. There are neighbors close that played music all evening but was at an enjoyable level. We toured the island a couple of times but you can’t bet the serenity of this place! Would definitely come again.

We really loved the location. It’s very private and the beach is so easy to walk down to. It almost felt like a private beach. There were kayaks and paddle boards provided and volleyball and giant chess board to play with. The neighborhood is so quiet. The water isn’t very deep so it’s perfect for kids. So easy to snorkel there and see some really cool fish. Adeline was amazing to work with and so sweet. She responded quickly and hooked us up with jet skis that they delivered to the beach.

Everything was great we had a few little issues in the beginning that were solved very quickly. Adeline was so amazing anything we needed we sent her a message an she responded very quickly, we would definitely book with Sing a song again, Thank you again 😊

The location on the water is unbeatable - gorgeous, quiet and crystal clear water no more than waist-deep all the way to some small islands. The unit itself needs some basic amenities and upkeep though - there were very few cooking supplies and no bakeware for the oven. The furniture is cheap from ikea and there were some broken shelving and cabinets, a sliding door with a broken lock, ants in the kitchen and we quickly ran out of trash bags and toilet paper. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This was 100% the best view, water, and private beach I’ve ever stayed at. Adeline Pierre was our local contact and she was wonderful! The only reason I gave this a 4 was because there weren’t many dishes and the pans were for individual servings. Also, although it sleeps 6, seating is limited. There is an area for a family of 4 to eat at but no more than that. Otherwise, the place is wonderful and we definitely enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Where do I start? The 7 bedroom villa exceeded our expectations. The villas were equipped comfortable beds, sofas and amazing views. Each villas has a washer and dryer, full size refrigerator and pools. The villas have showers. The property manager was very responsive and answered any and all questions and gave excellent recommendations on the local eateries, night life. Etc. 20/10 i will stay here again.

We spent 5 days at Sing A Song Villa #2. The best part of the property was the location - private plunge pool, deck with beach bed, and our own private steps down to another beach bed right on the beach. Absolutely gorgeous. It's the quiet part of the island and most of the time all we could hear were waves and the pool jets. The villa is tucked among a set of 3 villas, and we sometimes saw our friendly neighbors down by the beach, but the pool and deck of Villa 2 are completely private. The view from the pool, deck and living room is amazing! Ocean and sky. The villa itself is a 1 BR with views from the living area, and very comfortable bed and spacious bath. The second sleeping area is a separate studio apartment that you have to walk outside to get to with a separate lock, also comfortable with a nice large bathroom. The kitchen was basic - we love to cook and have used many a VRBO kitchen - this one is best suited for basic meal prep, nothing elaborate, but it had what we needed for salad prep and stove top cooking. The grill is charcoal - we didn't venture to use it. The dining area is a high top table on the deck - again amazing views. You will need access to transportation both to get here and to get groceries and access restaurants. Most places to eat are about a 15-20 min drive away. Fantastic stay! Would love to return!

My wife and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary at Sing A Song and it was perfect! We’ve been to resorts like St. Lucia’s Jade Mountain and Antigua’s Hermitage Bay. Those resorts were fantastic but staying at our own villa with our own private pool and basically a private beach was an amazing and unique experience. The peacefulness and privacy allowed us to slow down and truly connect and enjoy time with each other. We ventured to Grace Bay to visit a few of the resorts and have a couple of dinners and each time we realized that we made the right decision staying at Sing A Song on the more quiet south side of the island. The host Jose was a great communicator before, during, and after our stay. The Villa was very clean and the grounds very well kept. We would highly recommend a stay here and we would love to return, next time with our kids!

The location is amazing, on the less busy side of the island and on a beautiful bay. You can walk out to the islands and it gets no deeper than 4 feet or so. Good privacy from adjacent villas. Pool is a good size for 4 people. Daybeds near the pool and at the beach are nice to have. Villa itself is well equipped and clean. Adeline was an incredible host and took care of us leading up to the trip and while we were there.

Amazing location, private, quiet. Jose was always in communication. His courtesy is much obliged. The water is amazing for young kids.(not too deep) Beds were extremely comfortable, my only complaint…. Couldn’t stay longer! You will not be disappointed.

(Villa 2 Review Only) Beach access is a plus. Nice sandy white beach to beautiful water. The water is only waist deep for a couple hundred yards. So very safe for smaller kids and perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding. You can almost walk to some small islands nearby. We stayed in turtle tail because it was a 3-5 minute drive to the southside dock for diving, close to grace bay...but on very quiet turtle tail. There is a cushion lounger/bed on the beach AND right outside the living room doors which is where we spent a TON of time. Reading on the lounger, then moving two steps into the pool to cool off. The "ONLY" complaint we had was the listing is not clear on the 2nd bedroom as they are not actually connected. Both entries are elevated up a flight of exterior stairs. Turn right form the parking area and enter a locking door for access to the main living area, TV, bedroom, kitchen. You have to walk out that door and into the 2nd bedroom that is behind its own locking door. It is gated, and our 16 year old was perfectly fine with the arrangement but if you have smaller kids, the 2nd bedroom as its own private entrance. The 2nd bedroom did not have its own TV, but had a very nice en suite and kitchenette.

This was one of 3 villas located on the property. We had plenty of privacy, many places to settle into for a vacation where our whole family needed to re charge our batteries. Kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor beds and our own pool... This was a very well thought out design. The host was very responsive and also has a local person to help coordinate local needs. All in all it was a fantastic vacation. KK

Beautiful house, beautiful views and close enough to everything you’d need. Highly recommend renting a car, you learn the roads quickly. Host was extremely prompt in communicating and was very accommodating.

This was our second time staying at Sing a Song II, and both times were just amazing. We love the privacy of the property but still being close to everything on the island. Jose responded quickly to all of our inquiries and was very helpful. We love it here and can’t wait to come back!
