Beautiful grounds with easy access to the beach. Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpfull staff. Kayaks on property that we used to kayak around the marina and to the ocean. Relaxing stay!

This was a great location. Close to restaurants and coffee shop and easy to navigate to main roads to other parts of the island. It was clean and our property attendant was wonderful. I would definitely stay again!

The condo was so comfy and beautifully decorated. It made us feel right at home. Our host Pamela was very helpful and was easy to get in touch with.

Anniversary Get a Way

We loved our time at the Oleander Villa. The room was small but all we really needed. Having a beautiful private pool area at our front steps was very nice and access to Smith Reef was super easy to get to. Daily maid service was handy and Lutz was most kind. We would love to come back again in the future.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience at our villa! Housekeepers came regularly to make sure everything was neat and clean and the access to the beach couldn’t have been anymore perfect! Restaurants / main attractions were all close by and with in driving distance. Definitely would stay again

Charming property!

Prompt and friendly communication with owners when our driver wanted to confirm directions on the way!Luz kindly met us upon arrival, and she was a lifesaver the next morning when she instantly connected us with transportation after I wasn’t having any luck! Pleasant walk to a couple of restaurants overlooking a little dock, and we felt safewalking there for dinner. Coffee shop as well!

Hidden Gem

Chris and Sarah’s place is magical. It feels like your own slice of paradise. They were extremely accommodating and the place, the grounds, and beach were all stunning. The beach feels like your own private oasis with nice chairs and umbrellas and away from all of the resorts. I highly recommend staying with Chris and Sarah and I will 100% stay here again when I come back.

Me and a friend came for a quick trip just to relax and layout. This spot is perfect! Literally a two minute walk to a private beach. They also give you beach towels in the room. Cafe and lil restaurants nearby in walking distance. This place has a microwave, coffee machine and mini fridge. Loved this little spot. Would definitely come back .

Great Place

My wife and I stayed in the Oleander Villa for a week in February 2023. The Villa was very nice, the property was terrific and only a few hundred feet from the spectacular Grace Bay Beach. Luz the on-site housekeeper was loverly and a great help.

Great stay, nice property

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, particularly the proximity to the beautiful, private beach and Turtle Cove. The room was comfortable and clean, and a small, quiet pool was right outside. You can walk to Turtle Cove restaurants but there isn't much close by for purchasing groceries etc., so renting a car is recommended (we did not rent one, but I think we would next time). I'd love to go back!

Great stay!

My husband and I booked this villa for an anniversary and babymood trip! Due to it being off-season things were very quiet and we had the beach to ourselves. That made for a really enjoyable stay. The location of the villa is a few miles from the action of Grace Bay which is nice if you are looking for a more quiet and peaceful vacation. The bikes came in handy when we wanted to check out to the main area of Grace Bay. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Cozy Getaway

The property was very clean. I asked if I could check in early and they were quick to accommodate me. Our bed was made everyday which was so nice after coming back from the heat outside. The property was very centralized and there are great food options that we could walk to. I love that there was dedicated parking for our rental car. It made the whole experience so convenient.

Came in for vacay a day early to beat the storm and found this little gem! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with a good selection of restaurants in easy walking distance. Beach access was super easy and very close to Smiths Reef if your intent is snorkeling. The hosts were very communicative and the place was very clean. Great value for the price! My only suggestion would be to provide a small amount of coffee for the first day there. There is a little cafe barely seven minutes up the road but always nice not to have to get dressed before your morning caffeine. Would definitely book this place again!

Quiet Little Villa

Up until the day we checked out it was wonderful. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. The beach was very close and private. Beach towels are provided so don't bring those and save space in your luggage! It was more relaxing than being at a larger resort with many people. Hurricane Oscar flooded our unit the morning we were supposed to leave, but the owner and his staff were amazing. At that moment I knew I made a great choice in reserving here.

Great Place for a Quiet and Laid Back Stay

We had a wonderful stay. We booked this place last minute and it was exactly as described online. It was a small little villa with a few other units tucked away from the chaos of the big hotel chains. There is a small pool with loungers and a hammock. We found two of our favorite restaurants that we frequented almost every day about a mile away. Highly recommend Sharkbite for dinner. Its amazing. We took the host's recommendation and rented a car. I would highly suggest doing this as I did not see many taxis. Right across the street is a path to a quiet beach and reef. Bring your snorkel gear! Would definitely stay here again.
