The hosts (Jason and Leslie) are local and very attentive. Jason met us at the property to show us around and explain everything. He is also available 24/7 via text or call to answer any questions. Very clean property with a stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, pristine pool, and nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Amenities

Our stay at the villa was exceptional. The amenities were top-notch, offering all the comforts of home. We loved the pool, patio, and loungers—perfect for relaxation. The location was ideal, with easy access to Long Bay Beach and Grace Bay Beach, where we made great use of the provided chairs, umbrellas, and cooler. We would absolutely love to return in the future.

Best Way to enjoy Provo

Excellent property, very private which is what we wanted. (No resort crowd for us!) Beautiful pool, very short drive to the Long Bay Beaches (2 nearby public access points, could walk if you’re ambitious)). And we actually enjoyed a different beach every single day, all within 15mins drive.The house is impeccably stocked for a VRBO- beach towels, soap and shampoo, nightlights, tissues, dish soap, paper towels… every bit as well stocked as a hotel! Which really, really makes for a nice stay. Especially when local stores don’t quite carry everything that you’d find in the States. We ate in for most of our meals due to dietary restrictions, and the kitchen has EVERYTHING we needed. Oh, and folding beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels, boogie board, cooler, even a wagon, all provided for on-beach enjoyment. Some things are a bit worn, to be expected in sun-sand-salt-sunscreen environment… But wow, all the amenities here really made for a great vacation. And the welcome book answers pretty much any question one could possibly have. Kudos to the hosts!

Great single family house

Stayed here with my wife and 3 kids. Great house with large rooms, comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. Pool was wonderful and a short walk to 2 beach access entries to a great beach. Small things like a large water purified water station and pool beach accessories added to the experience.

Amazing place!!

We loved everything about Eden House! It was beautiful, clean, great location, pool, very private, and 5 minute walk to the beach! Jason and Shenika were wonderful!! The house was so comfortable and well provisioned for cooking, which we did every morning for breakfast and one dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Pool and location

The host made the check in process easy. We were met on arrival and everything was just as the listing showed. With 2 primary suites it would be great for 2 couples. We had 2 of our teenage children. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. The location was close to Grace Bay and very quiet.

Idyllic Home

This was our 5th time visiting Turks and our first time renting a home on the Island and The Eden House did not disappoint!!! What a wonderful experience we had! The home was beautiful, clean and had every single thing we needed for our week’s stay! The backyard pool was such a fantastic bonus!! We also loved the location as it was close to Long Bay Beach and was a short drive to the Salt Mills & the IGA! What more can we say other than it was perfect! Perfect for family of four

This home is as described. The location on Long bay is excellent if you are there to kite board. If you plan to visit Grace Bay, you will need transportation. The home is fully equipped and the location is convenient and safe. We had a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and the arrangement of the house was nice and comfortable.

Fantastic Eden House

Leslie was great to work with. Property was fantastic. Great pool, outdoor living area, inside was also perfect for our family. Very short walk to amazing Long Bay Beach, and super short drive to Grace Bay Beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent stay as anticipated

This property was as advertised. I can recommend it without hesitation. Clean, well stocked, very quiet and close to dining and shopping. Not much of a view but we were not looking to pay a premium for a view. It would be perfect for two couples or a family. Book this property and you will not be disappointed.
