Plenty of things to do on the beach. Jet skiing is within walking distance. Host provides paddle boarding and kayaking. We kayaked to the floating bar. We saw a sting ray, crabs and fish right off the beach. So beautiful here. Highly recommend staying here in this cozy cottage.

Fantastic family vacation. Peaceful location with something for everyone. Kayaks, paddle boards snorkeling gear and late night bonfires. Ben took excellent care of the property and us! We are already talking about a return visit

We had three couples- watch your head in the loft! Overall we had a wonderful, fun filled trip. The location was perfect with an easy walk to The Shore Club restaurants and H2O beach bar. We walked the beach, kayaked, hung at the pool and enjoyed the fire pit, all steps from the house. Took a short drive to Grace Bay beach, Thursday Fish Fry, The Cave Bar, a couple of other restaurants and went on a group boat tour which was a blast! The house was good for our needs and priced well, but had some deferred maintenance that Wesley will be taking care of. We stayed 11 days and still didn’t do all we wanted to do! Might have to return to the beautiful waters of Turks and Caicos.

We stayed in February 2026 for our annual girls trip (year 17!) and this place was everything we hoped for. The location is perfect, and check-in and check-out were seamless.Ben was incredible — he kept the grounds looking great, built the fire pit for us, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire stay. The dishwasher wasn’t working during our visit, but he was already replacing it after we left, which says a lot about how well the property is cared for.No complaints at all. Truly a 10-star experience and we can’t wait to come back!

The owner was responsive and very helpful with any questions I had prior and during our stay. The house was beautiful, and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Ben was on hand everyday to take care of anything we needed and to keep everything outside in great shape. Fantastic location and a very responsive host. Kayaks/paddle boards had some issues when we arrived, our host immediately bought new equipment. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Easy paddle to Captain Oaks tiki bar and an easy drive to anywhere on the island. This was a fantastic trip!!

This stay was not able to be completed because of the hurricane. I found the owner to be excellent and a top not human being. He worked with us understanding the situation and never wavered. My appreciation for that is immeasurable. And I would highly recommend staying at this facility.

Property is beautiful! House is nice and cozy. If you plan to cook a lot , they only have the essentials. You can sit outside and watch all the kite boarders go by. Ben is super helpful if you need anything while you there. While you are there you should check out Grace bay, Smiths Reef , and head up the street and try the Cocovan airstream restaurant. Really good food. We went deep sea fishing and caught 17 fish . We also went horseback riding on the beach . I do not recommend, the horses were malnourished and not well taken care of. Such a beautiful island , we will be back !

This is a lovely beach house and Wesley was very responsive. The house is on Long Bay and very secluded which we loved not being right in the middle of Grace Bay hustle. You absolutely need a car to get around as there is almost nothing to which you can walk. The Shore Club is walkable along the beach and they have two wonderful restaurants. Our favorite meal was at The Almond Tree. The beach behind the house is not really a beach. There isn’t room to play and the water is literally up to your ankles and eventually your calves when you get about 30m out. This is a perfect spot for a family with young kids. Beach access to Grace Bay is close and very easy to get to. Firepit is AMAZING! The outdoor bed is such a dreamy addition. the pool is perfect for kids and just hanging out. The kitchen has all the tools needed to cook and we enjoyed many meals at the house. The screened in porch was not featured in pics and it was so great for dinners and early morning reading. The beds were SOOOO comfortable and bathrooms downstairs were very updated. The upstairs space is a little weird. Very tight spiral staircase where at the top you will hit your head on the ceiling unless you are under 5ft. The bathroom is only a toilet and pedestal sink but the room has a has a sitting area and truly is perfect for kids to have their own space. We really did love the house and are grateful for Ben who helped us with our fire, keeping the grounds nice and just being a kind presence.

This property was exactly as advertised. A wonderful place for our family to stay. We had five adults and we head room for probably a couple more if needed. The house sits a few feet from kite boarding beach on Long Beach and you can walk this beach or wade out into the shallow water. You can even see the water and beach from the pool. We had plenty of room and everything you would need for your vacation at the house. The owner, Wesley, was excellent to work with. He answered all of our questions up until the day before we left and even after if we had any questions. When you arrive one of the nicest people you can meet, Ben, is the property manager, and he will help you in anyway possible during your stay. There’s no doubt in our mind. If we go back, we we are going to stay there again.The property is also very close to other beaches in the shopping area approximately a 10 minute drive. There you can find coffee, shops, and souvenir shops, and nice places to eat. One other note that I wondered about when I was looking at the property, we did not see any mosquitoes not one. I don’t know if it’s because it had not rained in a while and it was dry or if it’s always that way, but I can tell you we can’t prepared with bug spray and didn’t even have to get it out. Our family gives this house a 10 out of 10 in every aspect!
