I did not go in the pool but it looks great. Rooms were clean. An excellent place to rest. Only thing I would of added was a Television in the front Area. The bed was awesome. I wanted to take it home with me. The host was excellent. He was there all the time. The only additional this is to smooth or pave the road for better access.

The property was surprisingly different from what was advertised. The grounds were rocky and difficult to access. The surrounding pool area was unkept and the flies made it more unattractive. We never accessed our rooms because the person assigned to manage the property double booked our room and never came to clear up the problem. Secondly, he, never bothered to find us another location to stay. This was not a mistake because it happened to another guest who had confirmed reservations as did I. We were all left defenseless in a strange place with nowhere to go. There was no accountability from the property host which made it even more disheartening. I was told that I would be refunded but I had to cancel my reservations, and that the refund would take up to15 days. Communication between myself and the property host were better prior to my arrival. I was given full details via email regarding check in and check out time and who to contact upon arrival. I felt comfortable and felt informed now I fell that I am a victim of whatever scam the property host is running

Nice pool area:)

A bit tricky to find so we were thankful for the photo,We booked for 3 nights with our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. A/C worked great in bedrooms but wasn’t working in living area. As soon as we let the property manager know this he was right on it! It had just been fixed and he had them come back the next day. Worked great for a day but then stopped working again. Can’t blame the property for that. We just opened a few windows and deck doors in the evening for air flow. Yes there were some ants but it is a tropical location so we put all food in the fridge and freezer. Beds were comfy and we slept well! Had a good time at this VRBO:)

Just don't...

We booked a VRBO in Leeward and needed a place for a family of 6, 2 days on each side of the vacation. We reviewed this property and thought while not ideal, it would be fine for a short stay. First, we booked "Unit 3" but were given units 1 and 2 instead. There are no pictures of 1 and 2 for a reason. The kitchen had a sofa and table and in order to utilize the sofa bed, you had to push the table against the kitchen cabinets and therefore not use the kitchen. Also there was no air in the kitchen/sofa area so sleeping in there was incredibly hot with no air flow. The bathroom had cracked and broken faucets so trying to get hot water in the shower was not happening. There were several outlets within 1 inch of the sinks. We had a family of 6 and they gave us both units. The one unit only locked from the outside. So at night, if you locked your unit, you were essentiually locked in and someone had to let you out. Lastly, the location is not at all ideal. While this place was not at all what was pictured, if you need a place to stay in a pinch, it would have been more tolerable if they didn't charge what other desirable places in Grace Bay were charging.

Definitely wouldn't stay again

While the unit was larger and clean, the faucets in the sink and shower were broken with close to no hot water and zero water pressure. The door frames were not frames but DIY with wood nailed together so the doors do not shut properly and if the unit is breezy, they bang within the frame. Absolutely not worth the price charged.

a quick stop

we flew in late and needed a place to stay before our house rental and this place fit the need. a little out of the way and opposite of center of attraction. had a problem with the breaker on hot water heater but we left before fixing, he said he was going to get a new breaker right then. I assume its fixed.
