Perfecto

Paz total. Con todo para cocinar, supermercado a 8 minutos. Las mejores playas a 8 minutos. Carretera pavimentada. Bello amanecer. Bello atarceder. Quejarse del sonido del mar es ir en contra del lugar. Pedir aire acondicionado en sala es contradictorio.

This was a great stay. I stayed around Christmas time with my three children (16, 19, and 21). We loved the seclusion of the property and the beach access almost right out the back door. There were some rocks and plants on the short path down to the beach that we felt added to the natural beauty. Having the lounge chairs and outside shower spigot to clean off sand was a huge bonus. Gracebay was only a 10-15 minute drive (we rented a car) and we went there for snorkeling, excursions, and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this location again! Inside the villa had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, fridge, microwave. I brought food from the states, bought some at the local TCI grocery stores to make most of our meals at the villa. Eating out in the island is expensive! The villa was spacious and comfortable. The house cleaning staff was helpful and so kind. Georgie, the concierge, helped us book restaurants and excursions and gave us tips on finding snorkel gear. She was great!

We stayed downstairs so we couldn’t see the ocean very well since the bushes weren’t cut down. The AC kept the rooms very cool.

This property is absolutely magical! As you can tell from the photos, the furnishings aren’t the most up-to-date BUT everything works great and the appliances are newer. Everything you’ll need is there. Besides, who comes to Provo to look at furniture?! This is our second time staying here and we were once again overwhelming happy! During this trip, we planned a small beach ceremony and our hosts were very accommodating! The onsite manager, Georgina and the cleaning staff led by Lita are absolutely wonderful! Each time we’ve stayed here, we’ve felt safe and as though we were on our own private island! The sunrises are stunning and the nights are mesmerizing with nothing obstructing your views of the ocean and horizon. The natural beauty that is this property is EVERYTHING we needed and we haven’t been disappointed. We hope to visit again soon! If you are looking for a location that is authentic and enchanting with great hosts and an awesome onsite team, this is it!

Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Beautiful private location that fronts a lovely beach. Nice to have a place to yourself and if the neighboring villa doesn't have outside lights turned on, there is excellent star gazing and solitude. Very good value for the price.

The property was nice and private and only a few minutes drive to amenities. It was clean and fully stocked. The cleaning staff (Leetha) was very kind and regularly communicated with us. Being right on the beach was wonderful, however it would be nice if the seaweed that has washed up on to the sand could be cleared away directly in front of the villa. The property itself could use some TLC and updates in some areas, but overall we were happy and had the most wonderful vacation in Turks & Caicos. A simple beach house is how I would describe it. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t for you.

The location was good, you will need a car. It was spacious, clean. The view of the ocean was astounding! You walk out of the villa and the ocean is outside of the door. The housekeeper Leetha(sp), is incredible!!

Would stay here again! Beautiful view and great location. Less than 10 minutes from Grace Bay. There was good communication throughout the entire process and the cleaning ladies were so sweet!

Absolutely love the location! The beach access was great and views of the water are breathtaking. I wish they had bicycles and beach umbrellas as indicated on their website. Sarah (concierge host) and Lita (villa attendant) were amazing. 10 out of 10 for me. Surpassed my expectations.

The villa was exactly what I was looking for. Peaceful, serene, beautiful view of the ocean and right on the beach. The owner provided all the details along with recommendations. Super helpful for my first trip to Turks and Caicos. Lita from housekeeping was so nice and ensured my stay was perfect. I will be booking another trip to stay at Caribbean Sea Breeze!

Stayed here with my family of four during spring break. The positive: - prior to trip, concierge sent helpful excursion advice - the view and proximity to beautiful ocean is amazing - Lita the housekeeper is very kind and helpful The negative: - This property is infested with roaches. We saw them in many places, most dramatically on my bed pillow when I was getting ready to go to sleep the final night. There are also spiders and lizards, which didn't bother me too much. The roach infestation did make it difficult to stay in the house, cook, etc. - There is horseback riding through the ocean right in front of the house which is an interesting site to see, but we did encounter a lot of horse manure washed up. That deterred us from swimming in what otherwise would have been pristine and enjoyable water. If bugs do not bother you, this place may be for you. Otherwise, find somewhere else to stay that does not have this problem.

Lovely location for my wife and 4 year old. Peaceful and quiet part of the beach. We loved the ease to access the beach and having it so close. It was also lovely to watch the sunrise over the ocean each morning. A great value!

The villa was very clean. The WiFi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have issues with the tv remote along with the one ac remote. Says there is a washer and dryer on site but was only able to locate the washer, however, there is a clothesline to dry. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The property is just perfect for our stay, beach front, silent, near to everything what we need (restaurants, grocery stores). Even though the communication with the property is slow/late response, the housekeeper, Ms. Lita, explained everything to us, she even recommend where to shop and eat, she keep our place very clean, thank you!
