Really a special place

My 4 grown kids and their spouses and 3 grand kids had a wonderful time! The houses are clean and safe. The water is so clear and blue! The heated pool was always warm and inviting. The neighbors are far away so if we played a loud card game, it was not a problem. We drank the water and it was fine. The landlord came by each day to see if we had any problems, and we did not. The other side of the island is very nice and very busy with boat rentals, casinos shopping and dining, it was nice to have that a 10 minute drive away. The PLS airport is about 25 minutes. A very magical time!

Perfect Caribbean Vacation

Propery is absolutely stunning. TKCA propery management is amazing. The property is perfect.This is a very quick review as I am trying to return to real life after our stay.I only gave the property a 4 star on location as the location on Long Bay is slightly remote. But really - who cares!!!!

Unbelievable Place with Terrific Service

This place does not disappoint. If anything, the beautiful pictures don't do the place justice, as it is even more striking in person. Wonderful help from the TKCA team, with them handling everything we could need, including some additional amenities that our group really enjoyed. Just a terrific experience overall, and you definitely will be glad you rented this place!

Five Stars

You are not just renting a phenomenal waterfront house. The TKCA staff is amazing and makes your feel like you’re staying at a five star resort. The house itself is very well designed. All the bedrooms are en suite and most have outdoor showers. Furniture is new and high quality. All the amenities are there including kitchen equipment, beach towels, kayaks, snd SUPs. I highly recommend this property.

Not Enough STARS!

There are not enough starts for me to rate this property! Absolutely everything about the house was incredible! In our group we had 6 adult ladies on a girls trip/birthday celebration. We were greeted upon arrival from TKCA concierge, given clear information and instructions, answered all our questions. The house was even better in person! The view alone is worth the stay! The neighborhood is nice and safe. I went walking every morning on Long Bay Beach Road and felt very safe. If you are considering this property, do not hesitate. You will be very happy with the property and the TKCA staff. We are already planning a return visit!

Wonderful Home

One of our most relaxing vacations ever. The property is fantastic. Beautiful views, well maintained. This was perfect for our family of 10. The house had every convenience. Our only suggestion would be to rent a car before arriving. Taxis are expensive. We will definitely be returning.

Loved this home. Everything was perfect for our 3 families of 10. Location on the beach is amazing. House was well stocked. The only recommendation for renters is rent a car before arriving. Cab fares to Grace Bay are high. Would definitely rent again

Perfect beach house

I can't overstate how perfect this house was. If I come back to TCI with a group large enough, this will be my go to rental. We had 3 couples and rented both the main house and the smaller one. While this was excessive, we first thought we'd have more people and when they dropped out we figured it was better to ensure we didn't have "neighbors" in the other villa. That said, after arriving we realized how well separated these two houses could be. The smaller villa pool is definitely more of a plunge pool but it still has loungers, a grill, and easy private beach access. The level of attention that went into stocking this house is amazing. It has every piece of equipment you would need. Being essentially without neighbors to annoy is a huge bonus as well. Always felt very safe, it is gated and also has alarms on each house. We were given local cell phones with minutes on them. Anne with TCKA was always available and met us at the house when we arrived to give us the tour. The pools are heated, the beach is private and a few steps away without the usual crowds a nice beach always draws. We drove to many beaches during our trip and none were substantially better than ours. The water is waist deep sand way out into the ocean so it's not great for snorkeling, but they did provide SUPs and kayaks (although the kayaks could use some repair in the seating). The house is well decorated with quality furniture and TVs every where. AC runs in all the bedrooms and great rooms. There's a nice dinner table inside and a large one outside as well. Washer and dryer in both villas, nice large showers. Everything was perfect. If you need a place with 6 king sized beds and en suite bathrooms at a very reasonable price, I don't think you'll find better in TCI.

A dream!

We were six adults and five kids and we absolutely loved our stay in both villas. The water is so close and both villas are beautifully outfitted. The management team was super responsive and never intrusive. It was private yet close to everything. We love Long Bay beach and would definitely rent these villas again.
