I rented this for friends that we were gifting this trip while we rented a big house for my family down the beach. Manager made us feel so uncomfortable. We travel everywhere and always stay at vrbos and this was the worst experience. Manager would not allow our family to visit our friends more than once in 7 days. she also told me that our kids were not allowed to play on the beach and that she would show us down the beach where our kids were allowed to play. Spending almost 11,000 for a week we should be able to have more than two beach chairs and our kid should be able to have access to the beach. First night our friends have us over for dinner and we played Uno. At 9 PM we got a knock on the door telling us that we're being too loud. We had a wireless speaker that we were listening to country music on and playing Uno with our kids. The manager's husband told us to stop. It was seriously in one of the worst experiences we've ever had traveling, and I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Week in Heaven

From the minute we arrived through security gates and followed garden path around our private pool entering into a modern entry reveling a gourmet kitchen we knew the week would be incredible. Exploring our way down a very short path through our very private tiki lounge area our jaws dropped at the dreamy aqua blue beach that awaited. Owners have spared no expense in assuring very comfortable lounges and Adirondack chairs shaded by Tucci umbrellas. We found our “Paradise Lost”. Having access to paddle boards conveniently provided made our stay perfect. Oh yea if the beautiful island breed Pot-Cake dog we nicknamed “SandFlea” makes his way over to you and lays comfortably at your feet as you rest in the sun, count this as a bonus, he warmed our hearts.

Paradise

I was very happy with the place in general obviously it would have been a better view if you were not on the bottom floor. The proximity to the beach was great. The rental car was not the best for these types of roads but served the purpose. The washer and dryer are very old and could be replaced. More comfortable living room furniture would be a plus. The one drawback from the beach area is it seems all the kite surfers take over the beach in the front any day that there is win but we managed OK.

Beautiful and relaxing

Ritama has created a perfect space for a relaxing get away. The space had everything we needed. Ritama was so helpful all week long and Louie saved us a couple times during the week when we needed things.

A piece of Paradise

From the moment we chose Villa Esencia Premier, everything was perfect the villa’s accommodation on their website was exactly as stated including an SUV which was such a essential part of our vacation as you needed groceries or just wanted to visit the island, the communication from Ritama & Kabir the villa’s host was exceptional, once we arrived literally getting out of the taxi at the villa we where greeted by host Kabir which was amazing he gave us a brief tour and the experience just continued to be outstanding after that, the beach was breathtaking & amazing the villa was clean, well maintained anything you can think of they had from a pasta strainer to a pizza cutter there was nothing that they did not think of to ensure their guests experienced a 5+ star time, your own pool, to palapa to your own private beach, the white sand was so amazing we truly did not want to leave this paradise, if you are looking to truly leave all you worries, stressful job needing a recharge, honeymoon, anniversary, birthday just a family getaway this is the location for you, if you needed anything the host where a phone call away as they also live on the property, Truly a piece of paradise an amazing vacation spot, Thank you so much Ritama & Kabir for sharing your piece of paradise with us WE will be back.

STOP SEARCHING AND BOOK IT

A dream vacation!!! I’m not sure where to start. We stayed in the Esencia Premiere, which was incredible. Waking up to look at the blue water was insane. Our 16 year old spend so much time in our private tiki hut. We absolutely loved having the private pool right out our living room. It was so great to hang out in there at the end if the day as a family. We used it way more than I thought we would. Are we missing out not having one at home? Hmmm. And having a car was the best. It allowed us to get to the grocery store, snorkel tour, mangrove tour, kite surfing lessons, and dinners out. What a picture perfect vacation. The sand on the beach was pristine, and I feel like we could have walked to the edge of the earth.

Paradise at Villa Esencia

From start to finish, Villa Esencia was fantastic - we had everything we needed: the pool was perfect for play/lounging, utthe beach was not even a minute walk from our villa…just perfection! Ritama was incredibly helpful with our needs -bringing young children on an international trip is already tough, but Ritama helped make us comfortable with everything we might need. This place is a gem and we highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful property! Clean, prime location, close to Grace Bay, private. Property came with a rental car which was a game changer. We appreciated this luxury so much! You can walk out your back door and take a 30 second walk to soft sand and gorgeous turquoise waters or go explore the rest of the island. We did both! We will definitely come back!

Great time beautiful place

We came here after Christmas to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We fully enjoyed catching the sunrise every morning and walking on the beach. This house is an amazing destination for kite surfers. Even though we don’t kite surf we enjoyed visiting a different beach everyday with the use of the vehicle the host included. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Property in a Tranquil Setting

Just spent a week in a beautiful villa surrounded by lush vegetation providing a private and peaceful experience. Each day we would get up early and walk the beautiful sandy beach overlooking the turquoise waters. It was very relaxing to enjoy such a quiet beach and watch the kiters on the water. The car provided with the Villa was a great asset for us to grab groceries or go out for lunch. The Villa had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were able to cook great meals on the BBQ and also on the stove or in the microwave/convection oven. We met the lovely owners, Ritama & Kabir who chatted with us and made us feel very welcome on their property. We also had another awesome visitor each day, Bindi, the resident dog who was very friendly and enjoyed people’s company. We highly recommend this Villa and look forward to returning in the future.

Incredible stay

We had an incredible stay at villa esencia premiere. Ritama and kabir were kind, wonderful hosts. The property is stunning and we had a great stay. We enjoyed the pool, beach, pergola, and exploring the island and cuisine. The home was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed visits from bindi, the dog, too! We absolutely will be back!

AMAZING PROPERTY!

We are so happy we found this property, it truly is an oasis! Although there are about a dozen homes on this property, you would never know! This house was nestled in a beautiful tropical garden, it was extremely private and just a few steps from the amazing Long Bay Beach. The home had everything we needed for a 4 person birthday week trip. It was great that the house came with a car, which made it easy to get around. The groundskeeper was so nice and helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. One thing to note about this specific property is that the owners residence is just above this home on a second story, but that wasn’t a problem for us as we are not a loud group. It’s conveniently located minutes from Grace Bay which has some good shopping and restaurants. If we ever come back, we will absolutely stay here again!!

Perfection!

5 days of paradise! The house and manager were perfection. Our house was fully equipped with all cooking utensils (we made breakfast everyday) and the island has a ton of delicious restaurants (Flamingo was our absolute fave). The beach was steps away from our home. We felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves and loved every minute. Highly recommend. ❤️

Beautiful spot

Villa Esencia is beautiful and has all that you would want in a beach vacation. The property is shared but very private and we loved all of the the paths that kept each space private. The unit that we stayed in was well equipped with all that we needed for our week stay. The weather was a little crazy (stormy/windy) but other than that, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Loved it!

Perfect spot on Long Bay Beach

Esencia Premiere at Villa Esencia was a perfect unit for our family of 4 to enjoy a 10-day stay in Turks and Caicos. The unit was exceptionally clean and well-stocked and Ritama was a wonderful and accommodating host. Our kids loved the private pool, which we used everyday, and the private beach hut was the perfect spot for the grownups to enjoy morning coffee. The beach, which is only steps from the unit, is beautiful and in our opinion, better than the more recognized Grace Bay Beach on the other side of the island. The car that comes with the unit was a convenient cost-saver and everything we needed (grocery store, restaurants, excursions, shopping) was within a 10 minute drive. Even though the Long Bay side of the island is much quieter and less populated than the Grace Bay side (which we prefer), we also found a great happy hour spot just down the beach at the H2O mini-resort. We highly recommend this unit!

Perfect Stay on Long Bay Beach

Our family stayed at Villa Esencia Premiere during the spring break of 2022. The villa is modern, comfortable, and functional. We particularity enjoyed the multiple outdoor lounging areas; between the poolside chairs, the beachside covered deck, the beach chairs, and the BBQ dining area, it felt like there was always an ideal spot to relax depending on the time of the day, the direction of the sun, the breeze, etc. The self-check-in to the villa was easy. The beach is spectacular (one of the nicest in TCI) and is just a few meters away; we would wake up at 6:30am most mornings just to see the sunrise from the beach deck, which is always very peaceful given that Long Bay beach is much less crowded than Grace Bay. The owners, Ritama and Kabir, live on the floor above - they are friendly, welcoming, helpful, and discreet. The private pool was always clean and inviting after a day at the beach. We will definitively stay here again during our next trip to Turks and Caicos.
