We booked this Villa to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, my sister and husband went with us as they are celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary. This Villa is top tier! It is so beautiful and so clean. Very well taken care of. The beds are so comfortable. Patricia explained everything at check in and gave us a full tour of the house and property. Her attention to detail is amazing. She is also very responsive if there are questions, or need help with who to book an excursion with. Such a great experience!

Amazing, relaxing and fun long weekend getaway with friends

This was our first time in Turks and Caicos, and my husband, myself and two other couples decided to go and check it out. My husband is disabled, and we wanted something close to the beach so he could have easy access to it. Although this was not as close as I hoped for him, it was an incredible property, about a block from the beach. The beach access is awesome, and the house has lots of privacy, and we were also able to party as friends, with lots of music and dancing. Patricia is incredible, and I am so grateful to have met her and that we were able to give her our business. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a great place, with access to beatiful beaches, comfort and enjoyment.

Staying at Marvin and Patricia’s house in Turks and Caicos was an absolute dream! From the moment we booked, Marvin and Patricia were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Birthday Celebration

From a very experienced traveler this by far was the BEST villa I have ever stayed. The property is located in the middle of the island with a 5-10 min short drive to anywhere u desire to go. The house itself is gorgeous, spacious, and tip top clean. The pool is very nice and the home is gated and fenced in to provide extra security. We felt very safe the entire trip. The cherry on top is the top notch customer service that you will receive from the host. Patricia and Marvin were superb host. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need but should you need more or have questions they are available both day and night to assist. They made my 40th bday trip a wonderful experience and I’m truly grateful to have meet them

A Perfect Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. It was absolutely perfect…clean, spacious, a very short walk to the beach which is visible from the terrace off the master bedroom, and a short ride to town. Patricia, the property owner, was super attentive and responsive. This property is absolutely 5 stars!!

Amazing Villa and Hospitality!

The photos do not do this VRBO listing justice! The villa, grounds, pool and location are just amazing!! We stayed as a family of 6 (adult children) for 8 amazing days. Walk across the street for the amazing Long Bay Beach. Drive 12 minutes to Grace Bay Beach. Pure paradise. Patricia and Marvin were amazing property managers. Responsive in minutes to even small questions. Sincere and kind. We have made new authentic friends with them and we continue to communicate. This one is a gem! Highly recommend.

Amazing Property with Amazing Host

Staying at Turks Haven Villa felt like our home away from home during our stay. There was so much thought and consideration placed in anticipating what a guest might need during their stay. The location was a close drive to Grace Bay beach and a very short walk to Long Bay beach. The home was spacious, modern, and very clean and well kept. Our hosts were available if we needed any thing. We will definitely visit and stay here again! Thank you Marvin and Patricia for this lovely home!

An absolute Oasis

This property far outweighed our expectations! This home was clean, beautiful, comfortable and every need was met by the wonderful host Patricia! The pool is very private and it is a quick walk across the street to the beach. It was a short drive to restaurants and downtown and then we returned to a quiet and secluded home! The beach was amazing and fairly quiet. This home was an absolute Oasis and I highly recommend!

Paradise for a week!

We truly enjoyed our week in paradise!! The house is absolutely beautiful and exactly as you see in the pictures. The location is also perfect; very close to other beaches and restaurants, but far enough so it is quiet so you can relax. Patricia could not have been a better host. From the moment I booked, she sent me a message and sent very useful information to help us plan our stay. She messaged right before our arrival and checked in during the week to see how we were doing. The check in process was easy…Priscilla was also great! Thank you, Patricia, for such a beautiful home. I truly hope to come back next year!!

Best VRBO experience I've ever had! Marvin and Patricia are awesome and very caring people.

Patricia makes everything very easy from the minute you book until check out. She checks on you often to ensure all is well during your stay. Best experience I've ever had when using VRBO. They even helped our whole family when our flights were interrupted and our son ended up arriving a day prior to us. They picked him up, took him shopping and made him dinner. Awesome people.
