The cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. It was light, airy, spacious, and beautifully appointed.Perched high on the ridge, it offered a breathtaking view down to the ocean that truly left us in awe.Theressa, the manager, was exceptional in keeping us informed about any scheduled work on the premises, including visits from the grounds maintenance crew and inspections for the smoke detector and fire extinguisher.We particularly appreciated that the twin beds with the best view had been combined to create a king-sized bed. Waking up to that magnificent view every morning was a delightful experience! The kitchen was more than adequate for dining in or reheating leftovers.We wholeheartedly recommend this rental and eagerly look forward to our next visit.

This vacation house was simply fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean view, beautiful surroundings, and the feeling of total relaxation that set in instantly. The home itself is beautifully designed—spacious, private and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic Caribbean getaway.Waking up to turquoise water, enjoying coffee by the pool, and the views from the top of the island were spectacular. The pool and outdoor spaces were incredible, ideal for lounging, or just soaking in the island breeze. Inside, every room was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making it feel so welcoming.The location was ideal—peaceful and private, yet close enough to amazing beaches, restaurants, and activities. The hosts were fantastic as well: responsive, helpful, and clearly invested in making sure our stay was unforgettable.If you’re looking for a true Turks and Caicos dream vacation, this is the place. Highly, highly recommend!

Beautiful home and view

We enjoyed the property. The location was easy to get to all restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed having our own pool and patio. The view while having our coffee in the morning was amazing. We did lose power twice while we were there but Allison and Terri responding and checked on it within the hour. I understand it is common on the island. This property is a must to rent if you want privacy with a view but close to everything with a car. The property has everything you need and the beds are also comfortable. If you are going with a larger family there is a larger house next door or you can rent the studio next door as an addition to the cottage. Great property we plan to go back.

The cottage was perfect for our family of four. The views were beautiful, so we spent a lot of time out on the patio and enjoying the pool area. The location was within easy drivimg distance to everything on the island. The Grace Bay and Chalk Sound areas were all within 15 to 20 minutes. The cottage was clean and nicely designed with everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great place to stay with a small family

My family had a really great time on our vacation here. The private pool has a beautiful view and was the perfect place to relax after a day of activities on the island. The hosts could not have been more responsive. We accidentally left a few items behind and the host let us know before we even noticed and had them shipped back to us. We would highly recommend renting this property.

MISLEADING

Our stay was extremely disappointing and not at all as pictured. We initially thought we had the wrong property due to how different it looked. The home was outdated, with old, worn furniture, missing ceiling fans (due to a past storm but never replaced), and cigarette burns and stains on chair pads. The yard was overgrown with weeds, and the outdoor area was dirty—empty bottles, dirty rags, and a grill that was rusted and unusable. The pool had debris, and overall the exterior looked neglected.Inside wasn’t much better—everything felt old and poorly maintained. The only positive was the view, but that didn’t justify the price. We ended up leaving the next morning, missing planned excursions and having to scramble to find another place. Thankfully, we found a much nicer home for less that was newly built, close to the best beach and all of the great restaurants. The host did communicate quickly and offered a full refund, which I appreciated, but I didn’t agree with her excuse that the outdoor area was hard to maintain. Most of the issues were easy fixes—trash could be thrown away, and broken furniture should’ve been replaced. I’ve had to go through VRBO, my credit card company, and the BBB to resolve the refund as they tried to charge me over 900 for one night. Overall, this home was not worth the cost, time, or stress. I would not recommend it. Do not fall for this. Especially if you like luxury which is what you would expect at this price.

Absolutely spectacular with exceptional communication.

The views are NOT to be missed - TCI is mostly flat, so to be up on a bluff is completely unique. You are surrounded by views. The property is secluded, serene, and spotless. We treasured our sunrise. Communication with Alison was next-level, and so appreciated. Would love to return for a longer stay.

Amazing Blue Views

Amazing, quiet location. Views of water with all different blue tones was out of this world. Cottage has everything you need. Pool was perfect to cool off or just take a mental health day. Easy access to the IGA and numerous restaurants

THE VIEW!! And the best Property Manager

This place is so perfect - the views are breathtaking. It is centrally located on the island so you can travel to adventures on one end or the other - car/jeep is a must. The sun on the pool is perfect. Our Property Manager Terri was so communcative! If we had to add anything it would be a cookie sheet (we cooked 2 meals a day at the house) and more furniture in the den for movie watching but, it was perfect for us. We will be back for sure!!!

Awesome stay

Ray and Allison were super attentive. The cottage was exactly as described. Our two adult children and us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely views. Crossing our fingers on a future return. TCI is a wonderful island and so are its people and the beaches are the best we’ve experienced and we have travelled a bit.
