Location is great, far enough to be secluded and quiet but close enough to get to downtown Provo quickly. You will want a car to get around though, there is only the marina with a convivence store and a couple restaurants in walking distance. The master bedroom and one other room is upstairs, each with their own bathroom and shower. There is a third bedroom that has a separate entrance just as you enter the home with a bathroom, shower and a small kitchenet. All appliances worked great and there was ample utensils, dishes & cookware. Pool towels were provided along with beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The pool was very nice and we used it daily along with the 4 paddle boards to cruise the channel for sea turtles. The home was clean but we did find some hair on the shower wall in the master bedroom that made us question how well it was cleaned. Other than the hair and the separation of the 3rd bedroom (this could be a good thing or a bad thing, our 15yo son did not like being in there by himself and slept on the main house couch a few nights) we really enjoyed our time in this property and would definitely come back again.
