Everything was great. Just note that the couches are electronic, so look for the buttons. Also no bathtub, just a shower. Overall great experience. Would stay here again.

The 4 i gave here is a little generous, but a 3 felt too harsh. Here was the scoop of our stay.The price was right, and it wasnt awful...However, the parking was not as available as described. It was only 1 side of the street, and we had to drive around a few blocks to find a space.The pots and pans provided were teflon and all but the smallest were scratched up enough where they were a health hazard. This seems like a Karen complaint i know, but they were really bad; like someone had been at them with hars grit sand paper and kitchen knives. There was only one roll of toilet paper, which luckily did not run out but we couldn't find where any more was stored.Also, the blinds were broken, there was a lot of noise of children or perhaps a dog scampering around in the unit above us in the mornings, and we couldn't get the thermostat to adjuat and warm up the first night.Still, honestly these are all sorta nit picks, and the price was good.We had a busy weekend at a convention so we didn't spend much time in the apartment. I didn't reach out to the host just because we didn't have the time and it wasn't important enough. I'm sure they would have addressed these concerns to the extent they were able if we had.

Amenities need a bit of refreshing; paper products for kitchen were lacking so that would be helpful; icemaker not functioning? Heating system no problems with outside temps in the teens on our trip.

Renters beware. As soon as you walk in the house you see a closet with no door filled with airconditioners. No amenities, except coffee and hand soap.Stayed for 5 nights was given 4 towels and 2 washcloths for 4 people when I arrived until I complained, then I was given nicer towels.Place not very clean.Discovered garbage under the main bed left by other guests when I was looking for a lost earring. Second bedroom had an electric outlet pulled out from the wall and closet was full of host stuff, couldn't use it. The refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser did not work. Host said another guest broke it.No dishwasher, had to buy dish detergent because they left 1/2 inch of liquid in a large bottle to wash the dishes.The stove was filthy inside as well. The countertop was cheap formica and not granite as he claimed. The bathroom was disgusting. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper for 6 days. Had to buy toilet paper. Discovered the shower was filthy. Bottles of shampoo was left by other guests and there were stains where the bottles were. Looks like they never moved them to clean the shower shelves. The bottom of the shower was rusted and stained around the perimeter. There was a washer and dryer in the basement but you had to pay to use them. Positive, the house was in a good location.I took pictures. of all of the issues mentioned above.

Horrible Place

The place was dirty the place needs to be updated, in one bedroom the electrical socket was hanging out the wall. The mattress was disgusting all stained up, there was mold in the bathroom. The shower door came off the hinges and they never fixed it while we were there. The yard look like a junkyard and I have all pictures to show.. I would never stay there again and I wouldn’t even recommend it. I found a pot of rice in the oven that was not mine, just a disgusting place.

Cozy little place

The stay was good. Near to our venue for competition. The house was as expected and a great price. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to add additional outlets next the bed for plugging in and charging devices but otherwise, the place worked out nicely.

Quality for the price

My husband and I along with our friend stayed for a one night while passing through RI. We found the place to be very clean. The beds were comfortable allowing us a good night's rest before continuing our visit to my sister and drive home. The host was very responsive answering me within a few minutes. A good place to stay for an overnight.

Property description is deceptive

This apartment has several good qualities. It is close to many of the things to do in Providence, it is very reasonably priced and offered us much more room than we could have gotten in a hotel room. It is also remarkably quiet given the proximity to the highway. However, “comfortable and well-appointed” is a stretch. It had very basic kitchen accommodations, not even enough coffee cups for the 3 of us. Which ended up being fine since the coffee maker was broken anyway. The washer and dryer is a coin operated set in the basement of the house that all residents share. This wasn’t a deal-breaker, just would have been nice to know up front, as I don’t generally travel with a roll of quarters. There is a change machine, but it only takes $1 bills. The biggest issue was that it was not very clean. Old food was left in the oven from a previous stay, the shower was visibly dirty, and most walls/baseboards/windowsills/blinds had not been cleaned in some time. The owner was very responsive, he did bring us cleaning supplies when we asked, and eventually did offer to have the whole apartment cleaned, which we would have taken him up on had we not already cleaned and were leaving the next day anyway. If it is clean, this apartment would be an excellent find for the money.

Comfortable and convenient

Staying at this property was very comfortable, and it was very convenient to get on the highway. All the amenities were exactly what was shown in the ad. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again. The property was also very clean and there were plenty of supplies.
