This comfy home is all about space, simplicity, and gorgeous lake views. With 4 king-sized beds and a twin trundle bed (2 twins total), there’s plenty of room for families, groups, or a weekend with friends. Each bedroom has a TV and a large closet, so everyone in your group can unpack, relax, and feel right at home.

We are very close to the water and on a wooded lot, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.
Please respect our neighbors’ private property during your stay. Neighboring docks, boat ramps, shorelines, yards, and lake access areas are not part of this rental and should not be used for fishing, swimming, tying up boats, or gathering. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain good relationships within the community.


There is a camera above the side door pointing at the driveway. There is another camera above the back door pointing at the lake. Neither camera is active.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

A starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

For stays longer than 21 days, we charge an additional cleaning fee. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.

Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
