A third bedroom is appointed with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm. The main level also features a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, and WC. On the lower ground floor, a second living and dining area with a flat-screen satellite TV and air conditioning provides direct access to the swimming pool, and an additional open kitchen serves this level independently.
