Holiday Home Mareta offers 55 m² of comfortably arranged living space on a fully fenced property of 125 m², providing privacy and relaxation throughout your stay. The house is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Guests will sleep comfortably in 1 bedroom with a double bed, while an additional 2 guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.



The modern and functional kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for preparing delicious meals, while the dining and living area create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for relaxing evenings. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and TV, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day spent at the beach or exploring the surrounding area.



The outdoor area is designed for complete enjoyment and relaxation. Guests can refresh themselves in the lovely 18 m² private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. In the fenced yard, there is also a barbecue where you can prepare tasty grilled meals and enjoy outdoor dining with family or friends. The property offers 1 private parking space within the yard.



The nearest beach and sea are only 500 meters away, allowing guests to easily enjoy beautiful sandy beaches and the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea.
