She was concerned for our safety as she found "our" room key in the Ccommon area when we were out for a meal. She rang us to confirm we had a key with us ie the one she found was the duplicate left in error by staff."

"The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either. The fridge stunk !! I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !! I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !! R550 paid for a terrible night of little sleep and i could not even...
