"The space is clean and well decorated, it feels homey without being cluttered. There are upstairs neighbors, and the noise they generated at times was loud and took away from the overall experience. The bathroom is large and clean, the shower was phenomenal. Having in house laundry was awesome and added value for us on our stay. Meg was easy to reach and responded quickly. "Great location! We were able to walk to the Ampitheater and downtown. Many spots for coffee, food, and drinks within a couple of blocks. The space itself was very cozy. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean. We had a bit of a negative experience. I'm guessing it was a one-off given the other glowing reviews of this place. On our second day, the person who lives upstairs was playing very loud music off and on all day. I wasn't feeling well so I was trying to rest, but during the day I...

"Place was nice, check in was easy and kitchen was well stocked. We would have liked to see more toiletries stocked in the bathroom. We thought there would be soap or body wash and there was none. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to return. "

"Nice residential neighborhood located on the back side of a home. Unit was clean and convenient. However, no temperature control in the unit since it appears to be a single unit within the home on the other side of the door. Too cold with the cool air blowing all night the first night. "If you come here, get a ground floor unit (facing the river), as they have disputes on the deck. We were on the second floor which had a beautiful view, but it was chilly and sitting out by the fire would have been delightful. We only stayed one night, but they had nice amenities such as a steam room, work out center and outdoor pool. Very nice, would recommend."

"Great family stay!! The room was very spacious, beds were comfy, setting was quiet and serene, and the property had pretty much everything we needed. There are lots of nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops, as well easy access to nature and the Deschutes river. Leavetown offered better rates than any other booking site we found and the check-in/out was seamless and communication was clear and punctual. We will definitely be back and will happily use Leavetown again as our host!"
