The Space:

Each of the three bedrooms is set up as its own king suite with a private bathroom, private entrance, and private lanai, a thoughtful layout when everyone wants a little breathing room. A well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and in-home washer and dryer make the shared time easy. Air conditioning is provided in the residence.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to Hanalei Bay Resort's shared outdoor pool and hot tub. Paid parking is listed among the resort amenities. Some facilities are operated independently by the resort.



The Neighborhood:

Princeville gives you a high, green perch above Hanalei Bay, where ridgelines, waterfalls, and Mount Makana set the backdrop. Pick up breakfast or groceries at Princeville Center, then drive down to Hanalei's shops, galleries, and broad crescent beach. Anini Beach is nearby for a gentler snorkeling day, while the North Shore rewards unhurried drives, rainbows, and changing views around every bend. It is a beautiful base for travelers who want Kauai's lush side, with everyday conveniences close by.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended for exploring Princeville, Hanalei, North Shore beaches, and trailheads at your own pace. Princeville Center offers nearby groceries and dining. Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away by car. Paid parking is listed at Hanalei Bay Resort.



Other Things to Note:

• Condos contain lockouts, meaning there are shared doors. Sounds may be audible between connecting doors.

• Internet provided by Hanalei Bay Resort does not support streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.

• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

• Hanalei Bay Resort swim-up pool bar is indefinitely closed.

• This is a privately owned unit in a resort. Since it is privately owned and rented, hotel-style housekeeping is not offered. There is no daily housekeeping.



• Hanalei Bay Resort currently charges a flat fee of $50, a reservation fee of $6.75 per every non-owner reservation, a $25 per day resort fee and a $20 per day, per vehicle, parking fee. These fees are subject to taxes. This is paid directly to the resort at the time of check-in and not included in the rental rate or fees.
