Large Home with Plenty of Space on Golf Course

Our large group, nine people total, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was in large part due to the amount of space and the amenities that were offered in the home. There was a bathroom for each set of bedrooms, which made it super convenient not to have to share. We were able to use the bikes, beach equipment, grill, etc., and those were all included with the home. Love the convenience to the North Shore beaches and dining options in Princeville. I did have a few questions and they were answered promptly by the local contact. His service was Friendly and quick. Everyone loved the property and we would not hesitate to come back to stay here. This was our seventh trip to Kauai and my favorite place to have stayed on the island to date. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful home close to the Hanalei Bay Resort.

Beautiful Kauai house with golf course views!

Beautiful open floor plan Kauai home. We have stayed all over Hawai’i and this was the cleanest, biggest and nicely appointed home we have ever been in. Easy check in and close to beautiful Hanalei Bay!

Fantastic

The house was perfect for our group of 7, which included a teen and an older parent. The location was lovely, the beds were super comfortable, everything was spotless, there was great separation of space, and the kitchen had an abundance of everything -- it was the best supplied rental I've ever seen. Thank you for a great stay.

Best Princeville Single Family Home

We had a wonderful time at the well appointed home. It felt like a real home where all things in the kitchen and bathrooms are of the quality you’d want if it was your own home. Peter was very responsive to any questions.

Beautiful and spacious

Very beautiful and spacious home. We had a total of four couples in our group, we each had plenty of space and privacy. The neighborhood is beautiful . We walked to hideaway beach, short drive to Hanalei and Anini beaches. Would definitely love to stay at this property again.

Honestly, I can’t think of any downsides to this house, comfortable beds and bedding, AC for individual sections, spacious kitchen and dining areas, nice view of the golf course, everything works, even a coffee grinder if you need it. Very well stocked. I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic

This was a great home for our stay in Kauai. Everyone had the privacy they needed in their spacious rooms and private bathrooms. I never use the washer and dryer in a VRBO, but it was essential in Kauai. I don't know what we would have done without one. The communication between the property manager and us was flawless. I highly recommend this property!

True home away from home!

The home is amazing and better in person the bedrooms and baths were large and en-suite and made it better and our party of 6 felt like we had our personal space but also shared space. The kitchen was fantastic well equipped for at home meals and the house had the little extras like spices and soaps and shampoos detergent etc which made it truly home away from home the beach chairs surf/boogie boards were a nice bonus. Pete was fantastic to work with and a prompt responder to ?? Loved the walkable location to sunsets to hideaways beach and queens bath the happy talk bar/rest at the end of street we great. Location to beaches was a 15 min drive but still ok as Hanalei was a cute town for shaved ice shopping and dinner! Thanks for having us we loved the house

Excellent home for mobility impaired guest

There are zero stairs going into this home. The driveway is essentially flat. The back patio is also accessible without stairs. There is one bedroom/bathroom suite upstairs but the other three bedrooms and three bathrooms are all on the main floor. As other reviewers have mentioned this home is outstanding in just about every way possible. It's clean and modern with plenty of recreational gear. The kitchen is also well equipped for every kind of cooking. The only upgrade I could imagine is to have a portable shower seat since there are no seats built into the very spacious and wonderful showers. This would be useful for older guests and those with mobility issues. We have a portable shower chair we usually bring with us but forgot to pack it this time.

An Amazing Experience!!!

This property is fantastic and exceeded our expectations! Pete was super helpful and accommodating all of our needs. We were very impressed with all the things they provided…beach chairs, surf boards, snorkeling gear, etc. Location of the home was gorgeous on the golf course and the neighborhood is quiet and so close to hideaway beach and Hanalei. We stayed with two families and there was plenty of space. Highly recommend this place!

Loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful home. Pete was super attentive and helpful. This house had everything for our family of six. Hideaway Beach and Queen’s Bath are so close. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Amazing Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was amazing. It had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the bikes and the surf boards. The location was perfect. And the host really helped us with everything--even when our flights got delayed. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful Princeville property! New, very clean house with large bedrooms and bathrooms.

Conveniently located Princeville property, with scenic walking trails along Makai Golf Course with mountain & ocean views with a grocery store located near by. Great house for a family with kids with a lot of beach accessories, ice chest and bbq. Hanalei Bay located near by with views of waterfalls.

The worst part of our stay was the late check in, after traveling all day and being up since 2 am, a 5 o’clock check in sucked. 5oclock check in was really an 8pm check in for us with the time difference. Everything else was amazing! Mahalo

Amazing place!

This is an absolutely stunning home! There are many beaches close by, walking paths just outside, and a golf course. Every morning we sat on the patio and watched the golfers. We even saw roosters and an albatross bird in our backyard. The home is pristine and every person has their own quarters. It actually has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths so even more can fit. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with a lot of utensils and equipment. The snorkel equipment, bikes, and paddleboards were fun to use as well. The bathrooms all have rainfall showerheads and the towels are super plush. This place really made our stay great! We are thankful we found it!

Beautiful house

We had a great time in this house. Plenty of space - 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and kitchen was well stocked. 15-20 min walk to the beach through the nearby resort. Beautiful neighborhood and relaxing stay!
