Quiet location. Clean and spacious accommodations. Everything you could ask for as far as amenities. Wonderful mountain view from the lanai; remarkable wildlife. Perfect for a quiet family getaway.

Beautiful home with gorgeous veiws!
Our stay at this property was 5 star plus! We very much enjoyed the upstairs kitchen dining area with views of the mountains that we loved! Morning coffee sunrises and evening sunsets over wine and dinner were perfection! The location was great, the neighborhood was clean. We would definitely stay again!

Very spacious
Clean and comfortable. Perfect for our large group. Had everything we needed. We have stayed in Princeville before, its our favorite side of the island. Neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely recommend this home!

Wonderful family getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is great and was well equipped for the 10 of us including my father who has stage four cancer- it will probably be our last holiday together so it was nice to have that time together. The only thing that was a little tough is that the kitchen and family room are upstairs so he had to climb the stairs a few times but that could be overcome as all the bedrooms and 4 of the 5.bathrooms are on the main floor. It was awesome to see the albatross nests throughout the neighborhood. The neighbors were really nice telling us all about them. Highly recommend! Get the poke at Foodland!

Wonderful stay!
Lovely spacious house with tons of room for our group of 10. Plenty of bathrooms for all and everyone was comfortable and spread out. Would rent again for sure!

Amazing Hawaiian vacation home!
Our family had a beautiful and relaxing stay at this house! It had all the amenities and space we needed for our family of 6. It was close to so many North Shore beaches. We had a beautiful view to look at every morning and evening. We would love to stay here again if we return. Thank you!

Beautiful Family Retreat
This was an amazing home for our entire family. We enjoyed gathering after the days adventures around the large dining table to play games. We had a minor issue with the fire alarms but management was fast to address the issues. Was a little disappointed there wasn’t beach access any longer but we were so close to so many other gorgeous beaches. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Great for big families
House was overall amazing and had so many extra perks like beach equipment, chairs, umbrella even an ice chest which came in handy that we didn't need to purchase these item to enjoy the near by beach. The house had plenty of room for our party of 12 staying there. Only had 2 complaints 1. No AC which I know alot of properties don't have cause the coastal breeze comes right thru but in the kitchen area the air gets stagnant and gets a Lil hot up there. The house did have about 6 floor fans that were a HUGE help although a couple of them were broken in one form or another but still blew...lol 2. Says beach is accessible but it's not really. The neighbor was pretty upset telling everyone that came thru there that there "was no access" cause all day I think the GPS shows access right there but it's only if u go thru someone's backyard which we weren't gonna do. So we drove over to the Sealodge cottages where they have a path to the beach which just a heads up is a 20min hike thru bush, rock and slippery mud so be prepared but worth it to the small secluded beach Other then that the house, host and whole transaction was a breeze and house is kept in well shape. Would def stay here again

Lovely Home
Everything was fine until we reported some minor damage to the Agent ‘Arrived’ . We were immediately debited for the damage without consultation or recourse to the damage waiver we had signed.This so called waiver covered damage up to $1500. Our trip was sadly spoiled over something that could have been negotiated amicably.

Misleading listing
The house is not as shown in the picture or description is very sketchy. There were only sleeping arrangements for 9 people. The utilities in the house like the fan, dishwasher,garbage disposal, sliding doors don’t work or malfunctioning.. It said it was a 2 -5 min walk to the beach which we never found, unless I go through someone’s property. The basic amenities like soap, shampoo , body wash were not provided.. The verbiage in the agreement is so threatening that you will be scared to touch anything there. Towel holders , faucets are all broken . Did not have any welcoming ( Hawaiian love ) feeling the way everything was handled.. The location is ok . It’s time consuming to go either on the east or the west or the south shore . Even the chairs for the beach are broken.. Overall very bad experience.. Kauai is extremely beautiful and loved it ..

Vacation
Stayed with friends at this property and it was perfect location. We had amazing stay and the view so nice to wake up too. Also, the neighbor was really friendly and even gave us a bottle of wine the last night of our stay.

Enjoyed our stay so much!
We loved this property in Princeville! From the moment we first got there, all my friends were complimenting it and saying what a good find it was! Even without A/C, there were plenty of fans and windows to make the heat not an issue at all! We loved the location, the kitchen, and all of the bathrooms! Would definitely return!

Beautiful
We absolutely loved this property! Beautiful neighborhood and stunning backyard. No air conditioning but we actually adjusted quite well. The fans were great. The only complaint is that with the kitchen upstairs it gets pretty warm while cooking, but we actually only cooked a meal one night. We cooked breakfast in the morning but it stayed cool. I would love to stay here again!

Great family house
The property was great. The open floor plan and double family rooms (one upstairs and one down stairs) really allowed for sitting and enjoying one another. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and they are spaced out from each other allowing plenty of privacy. Beautiful view from the lanai and back yard. We loved the stay. It does get a little warm upstairs but that’s to be expected in Hawaii without ac. The breezes help a lot. The 2 baby cribs, high chair and beach toys, chairs, snorkel gear and stuff were a pure bonus.

Great North side location for 10 people (3 families)
This property was well suited for our Kauai vacation. We had 10 adults and the space did not feel cramped. The upstairs (kitchen/family room and den (with a single bed) were spacious. The lanai was tremendous. The view of the mountains was great. We used it for meals and in the evenings to relax and plan our next days. The bedrooms on the 1st floor worked well as did the number of bathrooms with 10 people. Without A/C there were times it got muggy if windows were closed for a period of time, however it typically eased with using of ceiling fans and opening windows. The property did have beach items as advertised. There were three bikes, 5-6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and various beach toys. Having the washer and dryer was very handy for towels (beach and bath) and clothes as well. The property is just east of the one-lane mudslide construction, so be sure to understand the schedule if heading west beyond Princeville. We saw signs construction would be complete 7/7, but that seemed unlikely from what we saw for progress. We did travel to all parts of the island. There is lots of construction all over the island, so traffic did get congested but if you plan ahead, it was not a major detractor getting the Waimea or Poipu from this location, just enjoy the beautiful views along the way.

Great house if you want to be on North end of Kauai. Very close to Hanalei/Napali coast.
Great house. Very comfortable for 3 couples, 2 families etc. Great location if you want to be on the North end of Kauai. Kudos to the owners for providing about every beach accessory you can think of. Lots of chairs, beach towels, paddle boards and a few bikes to ride. Be aware that you must now make reservations to get into the state park where the Napali coast hiking trail begins. They are limiting the number of visitors since a storm damaged some of the park. We were not able to get into the park during our stay since it was booked up a few weeks out. Found a nice beach to visit by the Princeville Hotel. Overall great stay.

Perfect Family Trip!
This house was perfect for our family. The property was beautiful and everything that the listing showed! We couldn’t figure out the shower in the Jack and Jill bathroom until halfway through the trip, but part of that was just us being too dumb to figure it out! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We would definitely recommend this property to our friends!

Thankful during Thanksgiving
All in all, it was a wonderful stay. The house was big enough to have all 8 of our group fit comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials, the equipment and beach towels in the garage were a wonderful convenience, the available washer/dryer was essential to packing light(er), and the location was very close to everything in Princeville. The only complaints are minor: a musty smell upon opening the house up, no working night lights (for the kids), no ice machine, no shampoo/conditioner, a few broken fans, and rain gutters that are growing their own gardens. At one point, an elderly neighbor with dementia had wandered over asking for a ride to town (a friendly neighbor endearingly called her the "escape artist") and was returned to her family member without incident. Even though there is construction across the street, it was not even close to the annoyance of the mosquitoes (this is where the extra fans would have helped). The roosters and albatross were a delightful distraction throughout the day. As advertised, the house is a wonderful rental for two families due to the two master bedrooms. A hui hou!

Good for large groups, could use a little updating/maintenance
One of the bathrooms didn't flush. When contacting the management, they were responsive via text and promised to contact maintenance. However,there was never another update about whether they were coming, and I had to fix it myself once I located the plunger in the house. The remote for the TV in the living room did not work, making the TV unusable. There is an iron but no ironing board. The house itself is large and spacious, and had enough beds and bathrooms for our group of 12. There were enough blankets and pillows for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with plates/cups/silverware. We appreciated the beach chairs and snorkels available for us to use. The views from the house are gorgeous - there's nothing like waking up to the beautiful Princeville vista while on vacation. In general we enjoyed our stay here, but a few improvements could be made.

The Destination Wedding Of Our Dreams
The property is outstanding. Between the view from the upstairs lanai of the multiple waterfalls during rain, the sound of the crashing waves, and the clean, spacious, and comfortable home. The only complaint I have is that none of the house phones worked and the extra fans in the garage were broken.

Excellent Location and Beautiful House
The house was beautiful just as advertised. Checkin process super easy. Only negatives was that the upstairs got a little warm indoors especially when cooking. Could have used a little more fans. No ice maker. Otherwise a great place and location.

Great time

The house was great very Roomy And comfortable
And comfortable but There were some problems with the TV and the Fossett in the guest bedroom out working also Had to call the maintenance man to fix sit on Toilet I think That there should be more instructions on how to operate the TV where kids also the news And all the equipment should be checked make sure Ron on and works the way it supposed to

Perfect house to enjoy Princeville
We were a group of 7 ranging in age from 16-62 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of places in the house to “get away” and find some quiet alone time if you need it. The view of the mountains is spectacular from the lanai. You can hear the ocean but can only see it from a distance through the kitchen window as there is foliage blocking the view to the North. However, the plants give you privacy from the neighbors, which makes you feel secluded. Plenty of happy chirping birds in the yard and there were baby Albatross in their nests all around the area. The neighborhood is quiet and we slept great. The house was very clean. We cooked most nights and found everything we needed. Shopping is very close by and you can find anything you need. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the house and would definitely stay again.

Nice location if you want Princeville. However, it’s a wetter area and fairly isolated part of the island. House was nice and spacious but missing a pool and hottub to be 5 star worthy.

Great house!
Overall, this house was amazing. But, there is NO a/c. The house was a great size for a party of 11. Having so many bathrooms was great. They even had 2 pack-n-plays for the babies. Also, the kitchen is upstairs which is a little weird for us. The only downside, besides no a/c, was that the beach wasn’t really accessible. It was a pretty difficult hike. There were some pretty good places to eat and shop just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very clean.
There were 11 of us in this house, seven kids (all 15 and over) along with 2 son-in-laws. Overall, our experience at this location was very good: a few hiccups, but for an overwhelming most part, it was great. The house was very easy to find yet it is way up north, which we loved because Princeville is gorgeous and the house is in a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean with beautiful wood floors and mostly tile throughout the common areas. Outside the front door there were concrete slabs in rock and a hose to wash off the sand before going inside. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped (with a few issues I'll discuss later) that had nearly everything we needed with utensils, dishes, pots & pans. The back deck was great with a table/chairs and a nice BBQ grill. Every room had sliding glass doors allowing for good air flow into the rooms which was needed because Princeville can be a bit muggy. The main master bedroom was AWESOME! Super nice king bed, TV, and the bathroom was huge. The shower was gigantic with a great shower head. The other master bedroom and private bath was very nice as well. The 3rd bedroom, with a double bed, and Jack & Jill bath, was okay but the bed was simply too small. We had a married daughter and her husband in there, who aren't big people, and it was too small for them (This needs to be a queen bed - IMO). The other room's single beds were perfect for 2 of our daughters. We had to move the trundle mattress up to the office, which had a small couch type bed, for our two sons. The couch was a little small for our son but he made it work. Another daughter slept on the hide-a-bed on the main floor which worked fine. That room had a TV (with 11 remotes) that we could not get to work. With 6 women in the house, we needed bigger/stronger blow dryers and a few more white bath towels. The oven didn't work and the dishwasher smelled badly. It needs to stay open and allow some air in, way too damp when not in use. Our dishes never did get dried. The biggest common area/room (upstairs off the kitchen) didn't have a TV, no place for everyone to watch a show on a rainy day. We ended up all cramming into the master suite to watch Netflix. The garage smelled badly, horrible in fact. Having to have the garbage cans in the garage did not help. Also, we couldn't find enough plastic garbage bags anywhere. Again, overall, it was great. We'd stay there again. Location was super and this place was clean!!!
