We loved staying at the house. It had everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood and view of the golf course. The manager and owner were easy to work with.

Beautiful and Quiet Base Camp to Explore the Island

Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this property. The location and view met our expectations, with great views of the ocean and sunsets. Great area for running (paths) and easy access to the beaches in the surrounding areas with Anini Beach being our most favorite. The unit was clean, everything was in order for easy check in, and Na Pali Properties responded in a reasonable timeframe when we made them aware of a couple issues we thought should be repaired -- as we are landlords ourselves and know not every tenant will communicate if there is something broken, damaged or not functioning correctly. The one area for improvement is to have a bit more spices and condiments, plus toiletries (toilet paper and paper towels) available, in addition to a few more cookware items such as cookie sheet for baking pizza, etc. The ice packs, cooler, and available beach chairs worked well for the beach trips, which was our focus on this trip.

Hi. This is great location in Princeville with an ocean view. It could use some updating with the furniture as they slide around on the new hardwoods. Kitchen was clean but was in need of some new pans and Steak knives!

Just as described but even better in person

We had a wonderful stay here. The views and interior are beautiful. Easy walk to Hotel 1 (for views, cafe, and beach), Hideaways, the pizza place next door (also called Hideaways), and to the pick up for the Haena shuttle. We stayed 6 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. April was a great time to be in Princeville--a couple of stormy days but mostly the perfect sun, clouds, and gentle rain mix. We never needed the A/C--just left the windows open at night for the breeze.

Better than the pictures!

Gorgeous large condo. The actual condo was much larger and new feeling than the pictures suggested. Ocean view, birds including baby albatross. Easy walk to Hideaway beach, great snorkling. Walk to restaurants at the hotel. Great stay! Mahalo!

A little slice of paradise

This place is wonderful. Ocean view with whale watching from the balcony was a highlight. Air conditioning in both bedrooms but none in the main living area, but that's not a big deal in Hawaii. There is a coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, water boiler, and Brita water filter. We always stay at this condo complex and it's always been a great experience. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Condo in Princeville

I had a wonderful stay at this condo in Princeville, Kauai! The property is spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The ocean views from the condo were stunning, and mornings spent sipping coffee on the balcony while watching birds and golfers were truly peaceful. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, though the twin beds in the second bedroom are better suited for children rather than adults.The condo’s size was impressive, offering plenty of space to spread out. The only downside was the wicker furniture, which looked nice but wasn’t the most comfortable for extended sitting. That said, it didn’t affect my overall enjoyment of the stay.Princeville’s location is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Kauai’s larger areas. We were close to beautiful beaches where we saw turtles and seals. Though it’s a bit of a drive to reach other parts of the island, the serenity of being in Princeville made it well worth it.Overall, this condo offered everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay on Kauai. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape to paradise!

Very nice. Very clean. Well appointed. Amazing views from the property of the golf course and ocean. My only ‘complaint’ would be that I am not a big fan of wicker furniture.

Awesome stay!

So many great things to say about this condo in Princeville. Excellent location in the complex, views of golf course and ocean from living room, bedroom and deck. Big and open, well lit space. Excellent parking options inside the complex and they are covered spaces. Nice pool, but spa was out the entire two weeks. I think the "spa closed" sign has been up much longer than the 2 weeks we were there, so that was not perfect. Pool was perfect temperature, very quiet pool area but they could use a few umbrellas at the pool area as it is directly exposed to sun with very little shade. Overall and excellent stay!

Relaxing Hawaiian Getaway

We had such an incredible time at the Emmalani Court. It was lovely having a place that had a homey and more personal feel than a resort. The lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean was perfect for our morning coffee and breakfast. The property was peaceful and spacious and we made sure to catch the perfect and unreal sunset views from the golf course. The condo was clean and included air conditioning which was a huge plus. We also had access to a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and towels so we had everything we needed for our beach days. We would absolutely come back again!

Wonderful location

This condo was outstanding. The view is amazing and the beds and furniture were great. Nice quiet location made it an excellent place to celebrate our anniversary. Would definitely stay here again.

Great view & location

We have been visiting Kauai for many years. This condo had a great view and was located on the 8th hole of the golf course. We enjoyed hanging out on the lanai in the mornings having our coffee and breakfast while watching the golfers shank their shots down the fairway. The condo is also in a great location to watch the sunsets in the evening. Wished there would have been some recliners on the lanai... regardless it was an incredible stay and had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo and views

We enjoyed the view of the golf course with the ocean in the background. It is a very peaceful area of the island, which is exactly what I needed! A short walk beyond the golf course provided an amazing view of sunset every evening. The property management ladies were very helpful and nice! The condo was so clean and has everything we needed. One of our guests loved the area so much, he bought one of the available condos in building 1! ❤️
