Our family of 5 was very comfortable at this wonderful condo. It was very clean and well located. We had a nice view of the ocean and the jungle and had plenty of room. The condo is very spacious, bright, and well decorated with comfortable furniture and good quality touches. It is right next to the pool which gives a nice sound of the waterfall from the pool. We thought it might be too noisy next to the pool but it wasn't, closing the sliding door in the master bedroom was good enough. The condo does not have AC but in January with the winds that wasn't a problem. The kitchen had all the tools, bowls, and pans we needed to cook. Very happy with the kitchen supplies. A few things to be aware of: third floor walk-up, no AC, right next to pool, no child extras (like high chair, etc). We were very happy with this unit and would definitely stay here again, it was like a little oasis.

The place was adequate and just as pictured. The master bed was a little hard for our liking. There is no AC and being from the mainland this was problematic for comfort and allergies. The unit did have extra chairs, a cooler and the complex was nice. There was a parking fee of 15 per day, plus tax that we were not told about before arrival.

Condo was nice but i would ask that you keep all window coverings closed for check in. The condo was so hot because the sun had been shining in all day. Once we got the doors opened and the breeze was much better.

Little piece of heaven

This was a beautiful spot - great views of ocean and plant life. The chickens were fun to watch - the roosters kept us on our toes and helped us get up in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at the Cliffs!

We enjoyed this property so much last time we stayed that we returned for another great visit. The unit is clean, bright and spacious. The only negative is the occasional noise from people at the pool but we didn’t let it bother us. It doesn’t have air conditioning but you don’t need it - the ocean breezes are perfect.

Outstanding vacation rental

We loved everything about this property. We were originally booked at another property nearby but were notified last minute that the other property was undergoing construction. The rental agency allowed us to cancel without penalty and moved us here. We were so glad they did. We had a great week here at the Cliffs at Princeville and would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

Nothing but excellent things to say about this place. The condo is spacious and so comfortable, filled with scenic views. The resort is a beautiful, relaxing place. Absolutely wonderful community. Kauai vacation rental staff was so pleasant to work with. Cannot wait to come back! Mahalo!

Condo at the Cliffs

We were very happy with the condo-warning, it is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. It is well maintained and everything we needed was there. The grounds were beautiful, but the pool was too cold and hot tub was smokin hot. Overall, a beautiful location, nice place to stay with great amenities.

Fantastic stay!

We had a great stay at the condo. It was prefect for my husband, daughter, and I. Very clean and well appointed and the views were gorgeous. The grounds were very nicely kept and the location adjacent to the pool was perfect. No complaints whatsoever. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends & family for sure. FYI if you have not traveled to Kauai before, I recommend that you bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Chickens are part of island life and the roosters start to crow at the first hint of dawn. All part of the experience :)

Cliffs Club Vacation

We have been owners for 30 years at the Cliffs Club. We love it here. Stay at the unit was fine. Need to privide beach chairs and cooler. In general, Hawaii is becoming so expensive that we are considering other vacation destinations. Enjoy!

Fantastic stay

This was a perfect place to stay for the four of us. It was clean and spacious. The view was my favourite! It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The little gift of a cooler bag came in handy for the entire trip. We will be back!

Wonderful Property 5+ Stars for Family Use

So initially I was a bit nervous about 2 things I had read about this property both of which turned out great. 1- no AC... but as it turns out Princeville is very windy and there are cool breezes that come through constantly, enough to keep the apartment very comfortable. 2- I was worried about the hot tub and pool being right outside the master bedroom. With a little bluetooth speaker and a white noise app it covered the noise. We LOVED this property. The views are amazing. The two balconies are so fun to spend time on. The loft and vaulted ceilings make it feel very spacious and airy. The master is huge and the kitchen and bathrooms are up to date. There is hot water and good water pressure in the showers. The tub was handy for bathing our little ones. We loved spending time in the apartment but also made use of the hot tubs and pool. My kids played on the play ground and my son and I used the work out rooms and the tennis courts. Make sure to make use of the hammock and chairs overlooking the ocean. They have food trucks and local stores for groceries (*check in with the concierge if you plan to shop at Foodland. They were giving out a 10% off your shopping trip at Foodland coupon when we arrived). There was a full kitchen and I was able to make meals like I would at home. As far as spices go, the kitchen had only salt and pepper so you'll need to buy spices if you want them. When we went (end of March beginning of April 2022) they had a nice large Coleman cooler with wheels, 4 beach chairs, 1 large beach umbrella, 4 tennis rackets, 3 tennis balls, and 3 Boogie boards that worked great. The boogie boards are good but are showing wear. We took our own beach toys and snorkel gear and were glad we did as there weren't any available. We were told there was no pack n play but there ended up being one in the loft closet. Not knowing this, we had brought our own. Laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, Kleenex, paper towels, BandAids and toilet paper were provided enough for the 9 days we stayed. There was also a vacuum and broom. There were beach towels and regular towels—however, if you plan to buy towels, I'd recommend doing it at the beginning of your stay or bringing your own because we were constantly needing to wash and dry towels to keep up with our family needs. The couches and chairs and beds were comfortable. We loved the location and views. If we come back to Kauai we'd book this exact rental again. Thanks!

Cleanest Condo I've stayed at in Princeville

This condo was great, the location was as expected. It was very clean the beds are okay (typical of a vacation rental). Kitchen is stocked well enough. The condo had beach chairs and and a cooler to use, that was nice. The only bad part was that there is no electronic lock, you have to pick up keys in Lihue and then keep track of physical keys during your stay. It's not terrible but certainly a hassle and a bit outdated. I would stay here again it was set up great for a family with kids.
