Țhe description of this rental is inaccurate. The lanai (porch) does not overlook the nature trail and the golf course. The Lanai is about 30 feet from the main road for the Princeville condo/resort area. The traffic noise from 4pm to about 8:30pm was very noticeable in the condo. But, there was also significant traffic noise throughout the rest of the day. The bed/living/dining combined area is carpeted with a shag carpet rug under the couch and small table. (Not the rug in the picture). It is curling up on the corners and is easy to trip on. There is a significant musty/moldy smell to the rental. The free standing air conditioning unit is right next to the bedside table and cannot be moved. It is a considerable blower noise, right by your head, as you try to sleep. However, it does block out some of the road noise. There was only one bedside table light, so one of us did not have a light to read by or to turn on at night, if needed. Yes, there is a decent bathroom, bed, and kitchen. Overall, the biggest disappointment was that the lanai faces and is close to a busy road. We were expecting a quiet peaceful view from the lanai that backed up to the nature trail and the golf course.
