Kauai stay

Overall, the house was great! There were a few small oddities with outdated appliances we came into contact with: (kitchen sink, oven, water filter in fridge needs to be changed). It was difficult to clean pans without a modern day spray nozzle fixture and keep the sink clean (especially with the sink being white). The oven is what it is but it definitely helps to have the most updated appliances in a rental you make money from. The fridge filter was also whatever but we were questioning and googling if the sink water was fine etc- maybe you provided that but there was a ton of overwhelming info and I felt this could be near the top as well. Maybe keeping a filter near the fridge with instructions or change it sooner than suggested? I just feel again for the price and expectations it is hard to not point out

Roomy , great location, beautiful home and yard. Had everything we could need. Only blip was the internet was sketchy at times but other than we loved the island and would definitely recommend this house! A+++++++

Really nice visit! The neighbors were very nice, quiet neighborhood, nice area for evening walks, the house was lovely. Trade winds kept the house plenty cool. Lots of space! We’ll be back! Thank you!

Great location, great space

The house was perfect for what we were expecting. No ocean views, but the hike down to the baths were less then 30 min. Grocery store and restaurants about a mile away. Hanalei was about 5 min drive and is a amazing town. We went in July and the weather was amazing. Fell like you're in the middle of the jungle and forgot about the stress of life. AC's in the rooms made sleeping comfortable every night. The house does get warm in the afternoon, but it's the time of day when we were out exploring.

Great location

House provided everything that we needed. House does not have AC. It was hot but we were out all day doing activities. Bedrooms have ac window units that we use at night, but some of them make a lot of noise.

Iki Nui is a Hidden Gem!

This property was convenient to everything we did while visiting Kauai! It's also purely Hawaiian from top to bottom-loved everything about the stay and would definitely return!

Amazing Princeville Location!!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Iki Nui Hale home. The home is very spacious!! Having 3 full bathrooms is amazing...when we got home from the beach we all wanted to quickly shower and get ready for the evening FUN ahead!! Beds were extremely comfortable!! We loved the location...we took daily hikes to QUEENS BATH. In addition, we walked to THE PRINCEVILLE RESORT, (formerly known as The St. Regis), Hideaway beach and Pu’u Poa beach. The home was well stocked and we loved riding the bikes!! The home is also close to the Food Land Market. We will definitely plan on staying in this home again. Also, a friendly reminder to all, this home is in a family neighborhood and being conscientious about noise is important. Mahalo!

Great house in a great area.

We enjoyed our stay. We were out and about a lot, so really didn’t hang out much at the house, but it was a great house to stay in. The house does get warm in the afternoon to early evenings but other than that it was perfect.

Property was nice but has roaches through out.

We loved the physical house it's self. Being a tropical place we expected a few critters in and around the house. We found roaches in almost every room as well as the fridge. The HOA (or just the neighbors) will have a security guard at you door if you make a peep after 10pm, even just sitting in the front room talking, this was very irritating. I tried on multiple occasions to contact our property manager for a late check out , before ,during and on the last day. All I got in response was we may have last minute booking I will get ahold of you to let you know, which never happened. So if a little change is made in customer service I'm sure this would be a 5 star review but sadly I cannot.

Nice house with fun interior design but it's not maintained well

I wish I could say all the good things as other previous reviewers. The house is very nice and it's a great size for a big group. I had a family reunion/wedding vacation there over the Christmas Holiday. 3 couples and one toddler. The first impression was great. It was a good looking house with fun interior designs. Very spacious so it didn't feel so crowded. Neighborhood was very nice and a short walking distance to Queens bath. On Christmas Eve the dishwasher stopped working and it didn't get fixed till 26th. It was very inconvinient when we mostly cooked at home(most of shops were closed) and plus we were doing a Christmas family dinner at home. The Garbage diposal stopped working on Christmas Day and it was fixed on 26th. We tried to have a BBQ dinner one night and we realized the propane gas went out while we had meat on the grill and it ended up ruinning all meat and dinner. Dishwasher stopped working again one day before our check out date. There were washer and dryer for our convenience. The washer was super loud and shaky when it's spinning clothes. It vibrates so much it rotates itself to the point the draining hose gets disconnected and spills out the water on the floor. Good thing it was in the garage. Flies. Many flies. Maybe it's the season or Hawaiian living. We have killed countless files but they kept coming in . Cockroaches.. big and small. Kitchen and even on the bed up in the loft. Most of appliances are outdated and break down easy. But they were very responsive every time I contacted them. Even though it was picture pretty house and it has pretty much everything, the quality wasnt what I expected. Worrying about things not working ,breaking down and checking my bed for cockroaches was not what I had in mind or prepared for this vacation. It was disappointing.
