This was a family vacation for Memorial Day. The property was a joke and the pictures are deceiving and fraudulent. The pool may be open May through September, but it had not been cleaned or treated prior to our arrival. It was in no way usable. The homeowners expected us to have a cleaning crew and pool company come while we were staying there because they didn't do this prior to our stay. Then they stated they couldn't find a company and had a "friend" 2 hours away that could come. Evolve is the company working with the owners. They give you good lip service making you send multiple emails and photos for proof (that the staff agreed were unacceptable). Some examples: -The pool area has broken light poles, dirty furniture, dirty umbrellas on the ground supplies, useless pool toys, and garbage all around it. -There is an extension cord that runs from the house to the pool for a vacuum. -The deck is furnished but nothing was set up and also had garbage left on it. -The yard has garbage around the outside of the pool area and a broken rotted swing set -The floors were not clean. they had food and other items on it. Walking around the home for 5 minutes gave us dirty socks and black feet. -The game room area has theatre style recliners, but one is broken and the wall is damaged. It also has an air hocky game, but no puck to play with. -There are speakers in the "game room", but nothing to play music on or a TV. STAY AWAY!
